My 3 1/2-year-old had so much fun and played for a good hour and a half without getting bored. We came right when they opened on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all, which was perfect. They also have a snack area and a separate area for smaller kids and toddlers to play safely. Everything felt very kid-friendly and comfortable. My daughter was already asking to come back before we even left! We'll definitely be returning.

He didn't want to stay there too long, so I almost couldn't keep up with him. :) Staff suggested a great place to sit so I could feel comfortable seeing all three of them. But honestly, it wasn't even necessary, it's cozy and safe, so you can see almost all the way around. Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! I love this place for us grandparents. Kids already asked me when we are going again, music to ears, I'll be back.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. The employee working at the…read morefront desk around 7:30 PM today was shockingly rude, impatient, and unprofessional. We arrived well within the posted business hours, yet from the moment we walked in, we were treated as though our presence was an inconvenience. If your business closes at 8:00 PM, then customers arriving before 8:00 PM should be able to enter, pay, and enjoy the facility without being repeatedly reminded that you are closing soon. Instead of providing service, this employee seemed more concerned about getting customers out the door. The situation became even more frustrating during check-in. I clearly provided my phone number multiple times, yet the employee repeatedly asked me to repeat it and still managed to enter it incorrectly. This wasted everyone's time and showed a surprising lack of attention to detail for such a basic task. What truly stood out was the complete lack of accountability. After making the mistake herself, the employee did not apologize or take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the customer and accused us of having a bad attitude. Being treated disrespectfully because of an employee's own error is unacceptable. As a paying member, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated neither. A business can have great facilities, great products, and great prices, but none of that matters when customers are treated with disrespect. If this is the level of service provided to members, I would strongly encourage potential customers to think twice before spending their money here. Customer service reflects a company's values, and based on this experience, those values are deeply concerning.Management should seriously reconsider its staff training, because one employee's behavior was enough to leave a lasting negative impression of the entire business.

This place isn't as great as other Sky Zone locations (like Sac), but it has the basics. It is…read morealways clean and well staffed, but they do close off sections early in the evenings before closing (like the dodgeball area). Also, the ceiling has exposed insulation that hasn't been fixed in ages. Not sure how healthy that is around a bunch of kids breathing the air. It isn't just one part of the ceiling, as there are many. I would hope they would fix this soon.

I took my grandkids over to skyzone for a one-time visit. Having read both negative and positive…read morereviews I was open-minded and had no expectations as to what I would find. I did find that the negative reviews were closer to my experience than the positive reviews. It is poorly run. They have only one counter person who is willing to spend 10 or 15 minutes on a customer trying to convince them to buy a membership. That means everyone else has to wait in line while this happens. Very poor service. Since I was the adult waiting for a couple of children for 90 minutes I looked to see if they had a guest Wi-Fi and they did. I asked them for the password and they said that's a leftover from the old owner. They never thought of just unplugging the router so that it doesn't broadcast that ssid. Additionally on 100° plus day the temperature inside was about 78°. Everybody is sweating including myself just sitting there. Filling out the release I find that they have no restrictions on what they do with your personally identifiable information. You cannot opt out of them selling it. I just entered false information. The kids did have fun which is the reason they don't get a one-star review. There is an old saying that Stockton is where restaurants come to die, I would say this may be true of sky zone too.

Entry requires a minimal fee. The self-tour won't take more than a couple hours. During my visit, the snack bar wasn't opened. It was a pretty quiet atmosphere, and not busy at all. Outside of this zoo, there's a Japanese Garden, picnic sites, outdoor event venues, a golf course, a water park, and therefore some fishing. I missed visiting the Japanese Garden, but it would've been worth my visit. Micke Grove is another broad recreational area. Since the zoo in located inside the grove, there's and initial entrance fee into the multi-acreage park. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly broke my heart…read more I enrolled my 3-year-old son in this gymnastics program hoping it would be a positive, welcoming space where he could learn, grow, and interact with other children. My son is autistic, and like any parent, I'm doing everything I can to help him feel included and comfortable in the world. Before starting, I made the staff aware of his needs. Instead of patience or understanding, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The instructors displayed unprofessional and hurtful behavior--making uncomfortable looks, using hand gestures to signal him to go away, and essentially excluding him rather than supporting him. No child should ever be made to feel like they don't belong--especially in a place that's supposed to encourage growth and confidence. Watching this happen to my son was devastating. I understand that not every instructor is trained to work with children who have different needs--but that is exactly why proper training and awareness are so important. If you're going to work with young children, compassion, patience, and inclusivity should be the baseline. I share this so other parents are aware. Every child deserves kindness, respect, and a chance to participate without judgment. I hope this business takes this seriously and invests in educating their staff so no other child or parent has to go through this.
