In short order he did two "endosteal" dental implants for me. Boy, did I pick well! I had two teeth that needed replacing because I woke up one morning grinding my teeth so hard I KILLED two of them. This grinding is known as bruxism. In spite of having 15 crowns and a number of implants at this time, this was a new phrase to me. The process includes surgically inserting titanium screws into the jawbone. Does that sound solid? You bet it is!! He made the procedure seem simple, and did a great job. When I was able to have teeth attached to the endosteal implants, he recommended Dr. Cory Foster, DDS, who got me in as quickly as he could. Dr. Foster does things a little differently from my last dentist. Instead of making the new teeth in his office, he takes an impression and has a lab in Longmont make them for him. That is all they do, and they are about as good at the job as they can be! I say that because my teeth are PERFECT! Seriously, they could be my old teeth, except, of course, they aren't broken. You've heard the phrase "when one door closes another one opens"? Well, that's true in this case. I am SO happy to have not only a new periodontist, but a new dentist that I can count on to do the job right, and not leave me with months of pain, as "Dr" Murphy did. Dr. Livingston and Foster are both perfectionists, and work to exacting tolerances, which is exactly what this profession calls for. I appreciate the expertise and knowledge they both have, and am happy to show that appreciation for the rest of my life!

They only take a few kinds of dental insurance, but their prices are reasonable. The hygienists I have had so far have done a great job, they are educators as well and as a result I have gone from 3 x per year cleaning to 2 with no dental intervention needed. Dr. Foster comes in after each cleaning and checks, he is quick, efficient and kind. I would mention I have had nothing but the cleanings, but so far I am very satisfied and have trust in this office.

Everyone in the office is a joy to be around from the front desk to the back. You can tell everyone is happy to be there and likes what they do. Prior to visiting Dr. Rogge I had some really bad and painful experiences at the dentist, which caused me to skip going for several years, now I would go nowhere else. Cannot believe with this implant I had zero pain...zero, was amazed. Also had a small cavity and filling, that needed no anesthetic, that was a first for me, and zero pain. These people were too, too nice over the phone and bordered on the edge of irritating with all their questions and a spiel about the office, and then again with a follow up call that was unnecessary. I walked into the office and smelled cookies! WTF!? What dentist has cookies in the waiting room???!!! Along with coffee, sugar, creamer, teas and a bowl of fruit. My intuition told me to walk out and I have kicked myself for not listening! After the intake, I was taken on a tour of the office. That's right folks, a tour. Each chair has a monitor on which to watch a movie while being worked on. Seriously...how can one concentrate on a movie with drilling, prodding and poking going on?! I sure can't. And over here we have a state of the art digital imaging machine...and? But the pièce de résistance was the paraffin wax bath for your hands, souvenir coffee mug, lip balm and pen! Run, run away as fast as you can. My fears were confirmed after I was sold this antibiotic (Arestin) which they inject into your gum pockets. At $40 a pop and no insurance I was fuming mad and $320 in the hole. Not only that, but Arestin is only minimally effective and the hygenists get incentive pay for selling it! I was able to recoup half of that from the practice after much bitching, but I will never go back and will certainly do thorough research on a drug or procedure beforehand. And the dentist? I saw him a total of 5 minutes on the first visit. He checked the xrays and looked at my teeth and told me what needed to be done and that was it. Didn't even have the balls to talk to me about the Arestin!

I have been going to Zimmer Dentistry for close to 25 years and have had nothing but positive…read moreexperiences. I always feel like I get very complete and personalized attention. In fact, one of the things I like most is that they don't schedule numerous patients at the same time, so they don't have to rush from patient to patient. I never feel hurried. They have also helped me in emergency situations when I've broken a tooth or lost a filling and they have gotten me in right away. When I first came to them I was having lots of gum problems and they have helped me overcome them, so my teeth and gums feel much better. They also understand that I have a terrible gag reflex and are willing to implement extra measures to help me get through that, even though it takes longer. Their hygienists are very thorough but always work to be gentle. I truly cannot understand the negative review--I have had nothing but good experiences with them and they make going to the dentist, if not fun, then at least not an experience to be feared.

I also have a porcelain partial cap on one of my front teeth, from a high school accident. He expertly re-veneered it for me, because after 20 years it had yellowed differently and I wanted a bright smile for my wedding photos! The office staff and hygienists are also fantastic and friendly. Nancy calls you herself to confirm your appointment, not an automated reminder. I highly recommend them!

Additionally in December we received a bill from their office for services dating back to 2022. We were sent a bill shortly before Christmas for almost $800. I called their office made a payment for half of the amount in January, and let them know I would call back in February to make the remaining payment. The individual I spoke with at the time said they would make a note on the account. Since then I have received a harassing phone call and a letter threatening my credit if I didn't immediately make a payment. It is quite obvious their office staff is incompetent: not billing insurance in a timely manner, sending a large bill from a services rendered during the past three years, expecting immediate payment and even after the patient called to arrange payment they are still incapable of making appropriate annotations. It's now been 5 months since the implant was inserted and I just got my permanent crown/tooth from…read moremy Dentist, Dr. Bogan in Boulder. The healing cap left an indentation in the gum area to accommodate the post and crown without disturbing my gums. My dentist said that Dr. Nedbalski did an excellent job in placement of the implant. This situation took about 16 months since the extraction of the broken tooth. You have to wait about 4-6 months for your bone tissue to re-grow in the socket of the extracted tooth. The dentist who extracted the tooth knew I was going to get an implant so I paid the extra fee of having cadaver bone inserted into the base of the extracted tooth. When Dr. Nedbalski was drilling for the implant, he mentioned that the implanted bone worked as the bone was stronger than usual. After another 5 months I had an appointment to check if the implant had integrated into my bone. That was ok. I called my regular dentist who would be involved with the fake tooth to insert into the implant. It's done now, no pain at all thanks to oral anesthesia. Dr. Nedbalski is good at giving injections. First they numb the area and then inject the anesthetic. He does it slowly because what you feel most is pressure from the fluid. It's so much easier now, not cheap, but it feels like your own tooth when they're done.
