He's gentle, highly skilled, fair, and upfront. The staff is consistently kind and accommodating, especially when something urgent comes up. Cleanings do need to be booked well in advance, but it's a minor inconvenience for this level of care. I couldn't recommend Dr. Barry and Dental Arts of Windsor more highly. When Dr. Berry looked at the tooth he said that it may need a root canal or may need to be extracted. He gave me two places that can help me with this issue. I left two messages and haven't received a call back. The call center suggested that I call again. This is ridiculous I will not return to them and will not recommend them to anyone else.

As far as I know, there are some changes being made to their billing department and I think that the improvement will make a huge difference. Christine and Dr. Yacoob both handled that problem with professionalism and consideration, and listened to my concerns. I really appreciated that, as it's never fun to deal with conflict, but it was resolved so well that I felt truly listened to. This experience did reveal that this office cares very deeply about their patients, even when the issues are with a separate department that works for them, and it really does show that they are willing to help when things go awry.
