She spent more time on my brows than most people spend giving me a haircut, and walked me through where I needed to let them grow in and how to style them naturally. No hard sell on products, but I bought the two that she used. It is worth the extra money to let her do your brows instead of a regular 2 min wax job. She was very professional but also very friendly. I wish I lived closer so I could go back more often to see her. Edited to add: It was also much cleaner and more sanitary than most quick wax places. She didn't drip wax in my hair and didn't reuse stuff.

She's funny and makes you feel like a close friend. I love how they draw your eyebrows before they wax so you see exactly what they'll be doing. They are super clean here too. They never dip a stick in the wax more than once. The price is higher than if you would go to a nail salon or something but I believe it's worth it.
