This review is for the Photo services. I recently completed a photo album for my parents' 50th…read moreanniversary. It is a shocker to me that there just aren't any more in-person photo services. And yes, I've used Shutterfly which isn't all that amazing to be frank. I wanted to print out my parents' main wedding photo to replace the damaged in the last 50 years. It was done in an hour and it was as good as it could be. I did some more touch ups and reprinted another copy - it's just so convenient, versus having to wait for Shutterfly to mail and pay for shipping. I also printed out photos at a different Walgreens and the photo size was actually not correct. So I plan to reprint the photo at this location. One worker kind of didn't acknowledge me when I came in - it would have been appropriate for her to say, "Hello, someone will be with you in a minute" then yell out, "Harv! A customer is here for you!". Someone did come in about a minute regardless. A different person was working the next morning and she helped me out right away. So regarding the photo service - I recommend using services like this one at Walgreens to ensure that Shutterfly does not become a monopoly and to ensure in-person services stay a thing. Why print photos? Because photos are curated and placed with thought. Towards the end of my deadline, I found I could use a photo taken from an airplane above the clouds and I used it as a full spread. If I had only known, I would have done much more fancier things. Going through albums as a family is another way to get junkies off their screens. Talkin' to you, mom! EDIT: Came back here to print more photos. There's usually a sale, so make sure to check the website and enter the codes before purchasing. It's not the most advanced system, but it works. I'll have to reprint more photos, since the 4x6 is not always compatible with the size on my iphone. But the prices are definitely cheaper even with inflation than printing photos in the 1990s at Walmart.

During our initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, ensuring I had a clear understanding of how Botox works, its benefits, and what to expect throughout the treatment. Dr. Teng's dedication to education instantly made me feel confident in his expertise and the upcoming procedure. What truly impressed me was Dr. Teng's meticulous attention to detail during the treatment itself. He carefully examined my facial features, listened attentively to my concerns while making recommendations as well. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Teng's steady hand and gentle technique ensured minimal discomfort. The entire process was surprisingly quick and painless. A week later, I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my Botox treatment by Dr. Teng though it did take me a while to get use to the feeling, but I was naturally comfortable with the results. I feel a subtle enhancement that left me looking refreshed and revitalized, without appearing overdone or plastic. I will be back for more.

Anyway, when I was at the Hillsdale Mall, I saw a bunch of women getting make-overs at the counters, so I went in to ask about it. I was told that the make-overs last about 15 minutes and are complimentary. What? How could something like this be free? I asked if I would be required to purchase a certain amount of products to get the free make-over, and I was told that I wouldn't be required to buy anything. All the makeup artists were with other clients, but they put my name on a list and told me to come back in about 15 minutes. My makeup artist was Maria. She was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. She talked me through what products she was using and why, encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted, and asked me a lot of questions as well to get a sense of my personal style and preferences. She made over my eyes and face and spent a good 45 minutes with me. She also wrote down all the products that she used so that I would have the information for future reference. I did end up buying a lot of products, but like I said, I already use Bare Escentuals and needed to stock up anyway. I asked Maria if she accepts gratuities, and she seemed really surprised by my question. She said she didn't know what the policy is on that but laughingly said she'd accept one if I was offering. I can't believe other people don't tip these makeup artists. Maria spent so much time and care with me without knowing or caring if I was going to spend a dime. The least she was owed was a gratuity. I gave her $10. 5 stars for a great experience. Thanks, Maria!
