I highly recommend Icy as both an esthetician and as a person - she is very kind and also knows how to treat my skin in a way that knows that it is being pampered. I have combination skin with acne on my forehead that gets worse when I have unhealthy sleep schedules and having good facials and skincare keeps my skin glowing. So far I have tried the carbon laser facial and the combination facial and am going to try hydradermabrasion next (I prefer the combination facial out of the two because Iasers make me a little nervous). I have fallen asleep from how comfortable the studio is and Icy's massages are incredibly relaxing. I really cannot say enough about how nice the lash extensions (I got the hybrid lashes) look. I have gotten so many compliments from friends and I love how relatively low maintenance it is (I would probably advise purchasing a lash comb, satin pillowcases, and maintaining good daily lash hygiene for best results and to avoid stinging from buildup of dust from sleep). I had a facial guasha and it was quite disappointing. Judging from the convo I overheard before my session, I gathered guasha is probably not a service they deliver frequently. First of all, if you have this service on your menu you should have someone with experience to deliver the service. The whole experience was quite underwhelming. The massage was short and light and the time on the actual guasha was less than 15 min. I had a great experience the first time there but it was with a different person. read more
