The owner came over and said confirmed a $5 fee and the woman that had answered the phone denied she had confirmed there would be no removal fee. I am absolutely disgusted by the entire situation. Bad business. Bad customer service. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and I did not get a pedicure. I will not be returning. I've gotten manicures all over the country. Lived in lots of different cities. Nowhere charges you to take takeoff gel polish that was applied in the house.
