We boarded our Dane in February and he us a different puppy. One that is calmer and happier. Knowing boundaries helps him be happier and us less stressed. She offers boarding too and when we welcomed our baby a few weeks ago she made herself available to help with our pup. And helped us introduce our pup to our new born. I can't say enough good things about how much help she has been, how good her training has been and how much we absolutely love her services. And her price point is on par with her competitors and speaking to the training we received it is very well priced! You won't be disappointed.

Called, lady said we would have to wait. When she arrived, she said they didn't have the 20' truck and that they never have that sized truck. We have a reservation # with the correct time and pick up location. She stated she didn't F 'ing know why and we would have to call U-Hual to find out. U-Haul stated that the reservation was made for this location at that time and that this morning it was changed by the location to Mary Esther the next town over that doesn't open for another 3hrs. If somehow a mistake was made that's fine, inconvenient but understandable. Her yelling and being completely unprofessional and incredibly rude was unacceptable. If she's an employee, I hope she moves into a non-customer service position elsewhere. If she is the owner I feel sorry for the community she's serving..Deplorable

While our pups are not the doggie daycare type, they were stinky. I stopped in and spoke with the owner, Josh. I was impressed with his passion for his business and his knowledge of the Fort Walton Beach area. After talking with him, I completed an information sheet on the dogs. It was great to see the vaccine records checked before the dogs could be groomed. Kaylee, the groomer, called me and we scheduled the appointments. Over the phone, Kaylee was so personable. In person she was so professional and positive about our dogs. When we picked them up, the dogs both smell good and are SOOOO SOFT. If we lived here, Kaylee would be our groomer! Thank you Josh and Kaylee. We are happy that we found Mercy's Stay+Play!

When we arrived to drop them off, the staff wasn't friendly or inviting, which should have been our tell-all. Walking back to the kennel, it was dark, cold, uninviting, and sad. The worst part was picking them up. We arrived early, which gave us the true picture of their time there. They were so frantic to get out of there, they weren't happy to see us, but instead blazed past us for the front door like they were trying to escape. We've never seen them act this way. Despite having "outdoor access" their beds and blankets smelled so badly of pet waste we had to discard them, and they were having to lay in that filth and stink because they seemed to have had nowhere else to go. They also had never been given their toys or treats. The staff was as cold and unfriendly as when we left them, we should have run for our lives and never ever left our babies there. Expensive and horrible.
