Ok so where do I start?…read more Let's go back a year, I was 31 at the time (signed up with fix your credit 08/19) credit score of low 500s, about 20 negative items across the 3 major bureaus, $5400 in collections, wasn't able to apply for any kind of credit anywhere. Felt like I would never get out of the bad credit hole I had dug myself. I'll admit I wasn't the most responsible when it came to making payments on time and would more often than not just let my account go to collections. I simply didn't care, that is until I realized just how much of an impact having good credit is and the difference it makes in your quality of life. I couldn't qualify for a newer car, couldn't take out cell phone/change cell carriers, and forget about even thinking about owning my own home. The moment that made me realize it was one day, me and a group of friends from high school got together bbq and caught up with one another. Quite a few of them were already married, had kids, had nice cars and owned their home. As I heard them talk about their life and the joy you can see in their face is when I decided I needed to make a change. I needed to get on the fast lane to fix up my credit. I searched online and came across fix your credit consulting services. Honestly I was a bit worried at first, but after reading their reviews I decided to make the leap of faith and I am glad I did. They reviewed my personal credit file and got together a game plan to tackle all my debts and negative items on my report. They gave me the price that it would cost to clean up my credit up front and even gave me a monthly payment option. After the first month I saw a huge improvement in my score, with a lot of negative items being deleted off my report. Now it does take time and you'll occasionally go up and down in score but in the long run your credit keeps climbing just make sure your responsible with your credit usage and make payments on time. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to answer. Anytime I needed advice they were just a phone call away and I really appreciate that level of customer service. Fast forward to today and I have multiple credit cards open with credit limits I never thought possible. My credit scores have gone up to the mid 700s and I'm on track to buy our very first home together with my fiancée within the next year. All thanks to the hard working ppl at fix your credit. I really appreciate all of what you've done for me and my family. They even go a step further to help you thru the home buying process as well. If you have crappy credit and sick of all the collection calls I'd highly recommend them! The 1st 13 months I continuously checked my deposits & monies they were taking for payment fees. After speaking with several of them, I was informed that it would a $9.95 monthly "Settlement Fee". Then on OCTOBER 07,2024 they pulled $1098.75 from my dedicated account for "MONTHLY SERVICE and again n NOV 07, 2024 the took another $301.oo for MONTHLY SERVICE FEE while still continuing to take $9.95 MONTHLY for PAYMENTS/DEBT.. What the hell's the difference between these fees? They waitedgor a year before they started taking more $$ than $9.85 month from us, they're thinking, after a year of all of use Feedom Debt Relief helping us that we SEE they're taking a LOT more money when we'renot looking because of the faith, we have in them After a year since it looked good for us, & for the year first years these FEES were low in here! As of FEB 2026, they have taken more than $8,500.00 in SETTLEMENT FEES & MONTHLY SERVICE FEES AND my DASHBOARD showed $2,887.00 was the ONLY $$ AMOUNT PAID TOWARDS MY ACTUAL DEBTS!! The SETTLEMENT FEES were in the THOUSANDS! BTW, Who's CRISSROADS (FDR)? They are the company that's tied to FDR & taking my auto payments!! There's another unknown Vo that's associated with FDR, WHY is There's a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT in the TOP CLASS ACTION site, ive signed up with them.
