Natasha did the BEST bathing and haircut on my 16 year old cat that had awful dreds and stinky. She was Efficient, sweet, And so incredibly through. I kept texting her back because I was so grateful about what a Fantastic job she did! She also identified his reddish areas, and a puncture wound, that was hidden under his fur. I wish I could have afforded to tip her a hundred bucks. My 3 other strays take up my Social Security though. The first few photos are before and the last ones are from todays groom. Diddy is my Australian Shepard and had a beautiful coat before todays cut. Anyone who is grooming dogs should have proper knowledge to not shave an Aussies coat as it helps regulate temperatures so they don't overheat or become too cold. I am aware people lack common sense so I verbally told her and in a text message told her to not shave my Aussie. I am guessing it was out of laziness not wanting to give him a proper groom when I asked to cut him as short as possible just don't shave so she just shaved him. When I asked her why she shaved him she said "I gave the ok and she has so many dogs so got mixed up, big dog is $85 small dog is $65" never apologized. I am in tears what she did to my Diddy, if you care about your dogs health or look don't let her hands near your dogs. read more

If you love your pet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I beg you. Dealing with this groomer has been an absolute nightmare and will not be happening anymore as of this review. Multiple dogs of mine have been severely cut and wounded after being groomed by Senette. I've had to rush my bleeding dogs to the vet not once, twice, but three times as I wanted to give her another chance. Today I had to rush my dog to the vet once again as a chunk of her tongue was cut and missing. My dog was losing tons of blood and becoming weak. Senette never takes responsibility for her actions and always blames it on the animal. She even smirks about it and laughs like it's not a big issue. I've never seen anything like it in my life. She took off and basically told me to "do something about it." She has not offered to compensate me for this emergency vet visit which requires surgery and anesthesia. If something is not done, I will be pursuing legal action and ensuring she never works with animals ever again. During a recent trip before this event, her generator broke on the way to my residence, then wanted me to help her fix it as gas was leaking everywhere. She asked my neighbor if he had a generator she could use and luckily he let us use it for the grooming. How embarrassing. Not only that, but as I tried to help her fix the broken generator, she asked if there were "any real men around." Insulting me as I'm trying to help her fix her broken equipment. Senette should not be working with pets any longer and retire. She shows no compassion for the animals or clients that give her business. It's just another number and sale for her. read more

Wonderful service! I'm house-bound for two months, but still have to get things done. My sweet baby Bells was looking so scruffy. I've tried my hand at grooming her myself in the past (won't do that again, lol!). I was so relieved to find a mobile grooming service. I am so pleased with how Bells' haircut turned out. I got exactly what I asked for. The grooming is done right outside your home in their van. They invite you to come out and see the process along the way. If I could leave a zero stars I honestly would. My normal groomer was not taking any clients due to the Covid pandemic. My boy was in desperate need of a good bath and trim. This groomer she had a two week wait so I assumed she was good. I shared before and after pictures of his previous grooming with her along with letting her know. His hair was always trimmed to no shorter than 2 inches. He hair was completely shaved down to maybe an inch. He had some matting as his a long haired dog. She didn't take the time to try to brush out some of the mats. She shaved him completely on his stomach along with nicking and him bleeding in some spots all on his stomach. I didn't know it till later that night when he rolled over. She said they were abrasions and to try baby powder and listerine or gold listerine. So alcohol with mint to cuts and razor burn. If I would've known the rest I wouldn't have paid what I paid for what was done! To top it off while she was butcher cutting my dog. They pulled in a basset hound for a bath. No ramp to walk up to get into the tub. No my teenage daughter witnessed one grab the dog by the leash and the other grabbed the tail to lift her into the tub. I will never use her again and will not recommended her either read more

ANIMAL ABUSE. Please read other reviews about other stories of abuse. Senette is a very blunt and mean person. She makes unnecessary comments. We put up with her personality because at first she did an OK job with grooming. My dog is very squirmy and I know it can be a challenge to groom her. After this visit I went out to her trailer to get our dog. Senette said she had a couple of scratches on her leg and pointed to it. Said that the dog jerked when she was clipping there and told me to use an antiseptic on it. So a bit later after my dog calmed down I went to look at her. She had cuts and abrasions all over her body. She was bleeding in several places. I sent Senette a message about it to see what she would say. She blamed the weather, the dog, and even my wife for wanting a short hair cut. She never apologized and acted like this was all normal. My poor dog was tortured for over an hour by that mean person. Of course I asked for a refund and that is when she stopped responding to me. Then I read some other reviews about how mean she is and other experiences of being over rough with dogs and causing unnecessary abrasions. I just tried Zoom & Groom 123 for my Chinese Crested Powder Puff named Brinkley. I became aware of this groomer by following Melissa G. to her new employer. I would highly recommend her grooming skills to anyone as she has the ability to take my very playful sweet Brinkley from his furriest coat to a summer coat in an hour in half with detailing and full service completed. My dog just loves her and I never have to worry he is not in good hands as you can just tell she's an animal lover. I will definitely utilizing Zoom & Groom 123 from now one. I wish there was a zero because I would rate this place a zero. They were at my neighbors place and we decided to simply have them clip our 2 dogs nails. She didn't even take a moment to calm them down as they were nervous about the noise of the truck. She just started grabbing and pulling on my dogs legs. She got the quick of my 2 year old Iggy and 2 nail quicks of my 6 year old Beagle. My Beagle is very sensitive and was still upset the following day. I will never ever use these people again and I would encourage everyone not to use them. read more

If I could post a zero on here I would! These two women are horrible and have no business working with animals! I asked for a summer cut/shave on my husky (which I have done the past 12 years) and they took it all the way down to the skin like a hairless animal! They pushed down so hard on him that he has spots almost bleeding!!!!! They were about to shave his head and tail until I walked outside! I told them that normally they leave the head until fluffy and the lady said " well I didn't get that memo"! I told them he was 13 years old and has arthritis and they were so forceful with him that he just kept yelping. I couldn't stand it anymore and just told her to stop! My experience with this company was not good. We made an appointment for 10am for our two dogs, one of which is old and has a bad hip. I made sure I was home at 10 am, however, the groomer did not show up until an hour later without any warning that they would be late. At this point, I had to leave given my schedule. Apparently, this company schedules much like a utility company: set aside a large time in your schedule for the groomer to arrive. If I had known this, I would not have scheduled an appointment. Their grooming service may be good, but I advise not to schedule an appointment unless you have the time to wait. read more

Jackie has been wonderful! We have a wheaten terrier that was abandoned and is very skittish. It's less stressful for her to have someone come to the home. Even though she hates baths she warmed to Jackie right away. Her coat has been in really bad shape both times (finances, a lengthy illness and hubby preferring her shabby look which is similar to a muppet). Because we have an elderly dog with bad hips and a newly adopted rescue that is dealing with trust issues, we thought we'd try a mobile groomer. Senette was prompt and uses her own water. She began with our elderly dog and moved to the puppy. She did a good job on our older dog, but when it came to the puppy I was not happy how she treated her. I didn't stay outside next to the van but watched from a window and she was shoving and pulling her around roughly. I went out a few times and she made negative remarks about how "willful" she was and how she needed confidence. I realize she didn't know the dog's history, but there was no need to yank her around. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I would not recommend her services. read more

As you may have read, I have posted a wonderful review for Sennette - she has been grooming our two dogs for almost a year now. Her last visit was on November 12th. We have two dogs, Clancy, a 4-year-old Poodle and Vinnie, an 11-year-old Yorkie, who absolutely adored Sennette. When he saw her van outside, he rushed down off the back of the sofa and shoved Clancy aside so he could be first, then he leaped up into her arms. He absolutely adored her and she always made him so beautiful. I say adored because we lost our Vinnie suddenly just that Friday night. He jumped up onto my husband's lap, and gave him a lick and then he died. We knew he had the trachea problem that many Yorkies had and his precious little heart just gave out. He didn't suffer - but he was BEAUTIFUL. Sennette, we can only thank you for the joy you gave our little boy. We're all kind of lost right now, but we knew he was happy and that's what matters the most. read more

Tried Zoom & Groom for the first time today. We have five Aussies ranging from minis to full sized and ages 4 to 14..She clipped, bathed, cut toe nails. All the dogs are happy and beautiful.
