We enjoyed the two hour jet ski tour around Key West at sunset. It was absolutely beautiful and our three boys, ages 12, 13 and 16, loved riding the jet skis. We took a deep sea charted fishing trip and ACTUALLY CAUGHT A MARLIN....WOOHOO!!!! My husband grew up catching that type of fish and it was fantastic to have that experience with our boys. I'm a crazy planner but I knew our trip was coming up. The first time we booked them, our reservation was much closer to our visit. They proactively texted me about the timing to drop off the bikes and confirm our reservation. This latest visit, I realized that I didn't get that text so I ended up proactively contacting them the night prior to ensure a smooth drop off. I think they may have forgotten about my reservation. Regardless, they managed to get everything in order and drop off the bikes (even if it was probably a little last minute). They bring helmets, bike locks and can add on child seats for the little ones. I ended up extending my reservation with a simple text and it was no issue and they autocharged my credit card on file. What's so great about Key West is that it's compact. I was able to just use the bike during my entire stay and didn't have to move the car once from the hotel parking lot. I'd definitely use this bike rental service again.

The served drinks promptly and expeditiously upon boarding the sailboat. The band was lively and sounded great. We stayed on the top level of the boat and the crew walked around and refilled drinks which was so nice. We didn't have to walked down to the bar and could just enjoy the weather, the sailing and the view! Kudos to Captain Willie and his entire crew for being such a delightful group. No help getting in the wavy water; instead, she snaps at my struggling wife: "Why do people who can't snorkel even try?" (I'd love to see her skydive after 10 mins of instructions!) Todd was meh, nice enough but obsessed with tips, yapping about it nonstop. Snorkeling itself was great, but these two don't belong in service. Avoid!

He understood our predicament very well, and it was literally less than five minutes from filling out the paperwork to taking off in our golf cart. We were a group from Margaritaville and Margaritaville has electric golf carts, so driving a gas, golf cart was a bit different, a little rougher, but all in all the experience was amazing.
