After showing myself around, I asked for the price per square foot for 3 other pieces which he claimed he couldn't give me the price per square foot for any of them without the dimensions of my kitchen. It's 11:35 am Saturday, Jan 21, 2023. For all those people who had trouble in the past, it's safe to come back. Or try again. I had a return and was met at the counter with a smile and a "no problem!" even though the error on the custom paint was my own. I got what I needed and the check out staff were lovely and a random staff member walked by and offered to take my empty cart. Store is fully stocked and fully staffed...and apparently fully trained.
