Snelgrove Ice Cream is one of those good reasons to live here. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. The pecans were nice, but they didn't make up for the overall lack of flavor. Don't get me wrong. It was good. Just not anywhere near what I was expecting flavor-wise for butter pecan. The service was fine too. The folks were pleasant. But this is yet another place that thinks they deserve a tip for doing 1-2 minutes worth of work. And I don't agree with that. Finally, I bought a small ice cream waffle cone with 1 scoop. It cost almost $8. I was shocked to hear the price. I know this is speciality ice cream, but I won't be going back - especially because I thought the flavor was so underwhelming.
