I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!

I hired Michael for home security and I feel robbed. Don't plan on them getting the job right the…read morefirst time. I provided cameras for installation and a home security system. It took 2 weeks for Michael, the owner, to provide me with a receipt, he was angry at me for that. Then it took a hour and a half for Michael to find out how to access the cameras. Eight cameras, half had an acceptable view. It took an additional hour and a half to fix the view. The cameras have not been programmed. I hired him to install cameras and he thinks that his job ends with the installation. He installs home entertainment systems much more complicated that my cameras. The DVR wiring is a mess of wires and fragile looking. The alarm system pad is battery operated and he claims it can be placed anywhere. The battery didn't last 12 hrs unplugged. The sensors keep falling off. The work that is visible to my untrained eye and Michaels problem solving skills (loosing his temper and talking over me) is unacceptable. To be honest, I don't want him back in my house to fix things because he's incompetent and couldn't care less. I am so disgusted with this waste of time and money 'investment', I wanted him to remove everything to start a new. He refused because he's only motivated to take your money. I would of been better off buying a Ring home security package at Costco for less than 300 dollars and installing it myself. This "security" company leaves you feeling violated.
