Both my husband and I took the course which was limited in number due to Covid. The front office staff was professional and fingerprinting was quick and easy. You do need to register online beforehand. I appreciate the fact that all staff wear a mask and restrict the number of people allowed into the building. The Conceal Carry Class was well put together. The 10 hours of classroom time covers a lot of dry material but SCI uses videos and worksheets to help with the presentation. Mike also offers tips for self defense with handguns. Range Day was awesome! Mike and his instructors did an excellent job providing individual instruction when needed and keeping everyone safe. Prior to the day on the range Mike showed the class a wide variety of handguns which was very helpful to those not familiar with different sizes and calibers. I especially liked the fact that on the range, Mike made the shooting more realistic and the shooting at three targets was great. I highly recommend the class to anyone looking to obtain their CCW License. Mike knows his stuff and was very helpful putting our packets together. The class was also much more affordable than other locations in town.

This is unfortunate, they seem really on top of things and I might even edit this review to be five stars once we actually schedule an appointment with them and have their devices installed. My daughter's apartment complex is not the best or safest (we are working on helping her relocate!) and recently a fire broke out at one of the units under mysterious circumstances and also her cat ruined some of her blinds so anybody can peek in and I feel she really needs to have all of the security she can get for now until she moves to a better spot! I called AAA and gave them details they asked for, including my exact location. The woman I spoke to was very courteous. When I explained the situation she said she would elevate the call to high priority and informed me that Dave's Towing would be there in about 35 minutes. I called my husband and he said he would come and stay with me. He got there in about 35 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and still no Dave's Towing. So my husband, who is 79 years old and suffers from Parkinson's, decided he would change the tire, which he did, but not without a lot of struggling. Still no Dave's Towing. By the time we got home it was 2am. We had a similar experience about a year or two ago. That time my husband and I were together. We waited hours and my husband finally changed the tire himself. To be fair, I don't know if the fault is with AAA or Dave's Towing, but I will probably changed to a different auto club anyway.

When I went to check the Xfinity app, my account was unrecoverable--no access granted to me on my end. A few months pass by, and all of sudden a collection agency is calling my nonstop. Xfinity failed to contact me via email, text, or phone. Now, I have collections calling me for a bill I can easily afford. This is likely going to affect my credit score now, all because Xfinity has a broken app and inept employees.
