Bought the basic plus wash and the entire roof of the vehicle was dirty and dry. Areas of the back hatch were also untouched. I went to ask an employee about this, thinking maybe their equipment was just malfunctioning. The guy couldn't be bothered to even look at me and basically said the car was too dirty. For $18 the back of the vehicle should also get washed. This car had minimal dirt; just road dust. I expect better for that amount of money.

I went today to get a car wash. I was in the member lane because there were 10 cars in the other line and none in the other. I am a member but today I was paying with card because my wife's car has the pass in it. I payed and got in line and the what I think manager came up to me and another car in front of me that did the same thing and he proceeded to tell me that that was the member line and the people were mad that were behind me because they were members. Car Wash is Sub par and upgrades are very expensive. Guy inside store was very rude and told me the restroom was "not for the public". Still used this place sometimes b4 this incident, for a quick wash when I wasn't able to go somewhere else but no more after the dismal service and attitude. Paid for my wash, the gate went up, then immediately back down when I pulled forward causing scratches to my truck. I filed a complaint with the manager, who wasn't on site and didn't bother coming out. Never heard another word after several follow up attempts. Just now pulled in to get my car washed after seeing they have new gates and the service attendant comes out, with an attitude, and tells me that the wash is down for the next hour. It's 1 o'clock on a Monday. They don't clean the vacuums, nor the brushes that apply the tire shine so when you drive away your vehicle will have little black specks everywhere. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else. Or just have a dirty car, either way this place isn't worth it. read more

I was in need of a wash so I decided to visit Zips. I have used this wash before and was pleased. This time how ever they seemed to be more interested in up selling washes than doing them. They display what they believes set them apart. Which according to their sign, includes pre-washing and free vacuuming. The pre-wash was only pressure washing the driver side. I still had dirt on the passenger side, tailgate, and back window. Trucks are tough to clean in an Auto wash but I do it with better success all the time. The vacuum hose came out of the vacuum from the top, the floor mat pressure wash was not operational. I feel I waisted $10. I guess I'll go home and wash my truck. read more

I cancelled my services June 9, 2023, never received a confirmation. As of today, two different cards have been charged $40. No one is willing to help. I desperately needed my car cleaned and I had $10 in cash. I get there and was told they no longer accepted cash. I was blocked in by other cars and had to use my card instead of turning around and being an inconvenience on a busy day. I'm a single mother tight on cash. I have not used the services in 30+ days. the representatives are not willing to refund my money. I was unaware I had two accounts. Both accounts have been cancelled, still no refund, even after given the confirmation the account was cancelled. I see why they only take cards because they can charge you even after cancelling and get away with it. read more

Literally the worst drive through car wash I've ever been through. No way I would ever pay for this place again. My car is still dirty, the soap only sprayed on half the car and the dryers at the end are pointless. The children they have working here are rude and have no personality. read more

Until the recent changes I have been very pleased with this car wash. They have recently done so many cutbacks that their service is not good. I called and made complaints but my complaints were not recognized nor appreciated. I basically was told that their business was doing very good with the cutbacks that were being made. I ask with the cutbacks would my cost be cut back. I was told no it would not. So now I'm getting a SORRY car wash for my wife and myself, For the same amount of money. Why do I want to get my car washed and then have to wash it again? Why do I want to pay such a high amount of money and then they still make the same amount of profit but put out less money on their part? Why do they not respect the comments of the customer who has kept them in business? If this is the kind of service they want to provide, this is not the kind of company I want to support! I intend to cancel my service and I strongly encourage those who read my review to consider what they might choose to do. If you did not have service with this company before they did these cutbacks please understand that you are paying a very high price to get your car washed when actually you could take it to a much cheaper car wash and get the same service done for much less money. The wash is great- WHEN it's working properly. Twice in 1 week I went during business hours and the wash was down. It is very frustrating when you go out of your way and they are down. The last straw was when they started charging me a higher price without advising me! I told them to refund and cancel. No refund- and a month later.. charged AGAIN! I am now having to go thru my bank to make sure they don't charge me again! I had to get in touch with them thru FB as no one ever answers the phone at their location! read more

These guys here are amazing. they got me in and out as fast as they could. even when my tire shine wasn't the best they came out and helped reapply it for me. The vacuums really do suck, i almost lost my keys. My only wish would be to have 2 people prepping my car so that way the line isn't as long and also have a scent like the old place had.So as i'm going in get a crisp scent then before coming out get another shot of a clean crisp scent. read more
