Criss the woman that sold me my new car, I'm telling you vibes were right off the bat. She was honest, transparent, funny, and truly made me feel like she had my back. One of my tires had a red dot on it, as it was a new replacement after a flat. It was in the same position as when I drove in. Had an 11:00 am appointment and service took almost a full hour. Came out, signed their paperwork and saw the marked tire. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday". I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased the car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.

Then, when I drop off my vehicle, they can efficiently tell me what is wrong and what needs to happen. The best part is that unless my vehicle desperately needs the work (like the car won't start or function without it), they tell me to call around and see if anyone can beat their price. Generally, no one else can beat their price. Then when they do start the work, they are done extremely fast. I can't say this enough, but these are the best guys to get car issues fixed, period.

I have…read morehad the oil changed in my car and it only has 7800 miles on it , and also they had me pay to have the differential fluids changed at 7800.00 ( which should not need it till 30,000 miles ) . I have never heard of changing the oil in a new car three times , one at 5400 miles , then at 6500 miles and again at 7800 miles when they use the top synthetic oil ! It makes no sense whatsoever . And their explanation of why they are doing this is NOT good enough nor explained very well. I did not a new car to stay in the service dept all the time . I think the service dept is making money when they should be telling the customer they do not Need that service at this time . I hope the General Manager of the place reads this review because you sure need to be honest with your customers , at this time , I would not buy another car from Flow in Statesville .
