Do not go here!! Grayson Car Wash is broken most of the time, and the tire shine return malfunctioned, and a screw head stuck out, hit my wheel, and scratched my wheel and the side skirt. I went through the claims process, and they denied it. The person in claims told me to call my insurance company 2 weeks later, so unprofessional. They didn't even fix it. The screw is still there, scratching cars. Update: The person says to reach out to the link below. That is another joke. I posted a message in the group, but they won't approve it for display. They don't give a shit. Bad company altogether. Shitty claim process. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Also. You can see by the reviews that no one is happy, and they fake a 4.6-star rating somehow. I have been coming to this one for a awhile but now i will cancel my member ship since several machine dont work like the tire shine, nor the Buffing at the end the car WASH. They dont scrubs the back nor the front of the car. The vacuums are always with very low pressure. If they are near closing time like an hour prior forget it they basically shut everything down. I was scammed by being offered one thing verbally then they rushed out while I was in the moving line and they wanted me to quickly sign a policy that signed up for an ongoing membership that I did not want. Then they charged my credit card for the ongoing membership which I had no idea that they signed me up for without my permission. On top of that fraud and deceptive activity they intensely refused to refund the payment because it's against their policy. Zips is a terrible business with no customer satisfaction. One long haired guy in particular that directs the cars into the tunnel is always frowning, never rinses the car off with the hose like other staff, sometimes i have to wait for him to even exit the building at an underwhelming speed as if I'm disturbing him . Going here was the worst decision I've ever made in getting my car cleaned. Did a payment of my card to get my car cleaned for the free 30 days, ended up getting charged for more than 8 months. I haven't lived in the area since October of last year and I've called many off times to cancel, they keep telling me they can't find my information in their system. If you see any of them standing at the payment terminal, just do a u-turn and go home. An attendant at the payment terminal offered to help me with my payment. Unbeknownst to me, he went ahead and signed me up for a membership I didn't authorize, with no notice, no way to cancel. I asked the attendant why they only had one lane open and he told me I can go somewhere else. Real professional. Needless to say I do not spend money where I am disrespected so I hope that attendant is proud of the job that he did. I have gotten my truck washed there. I have taken my company truck to get washed there many times. Never again. I do like the job it does so I guess I'll go to the other location. Very unethical business. I got a monthly pass for $40, and got charged $45 in two months. When I called to inquiry and request a credit of $10, they told me te facility (at Grayson) has done some improvements, reason why they charged me more. That was not my problem, my contract WAS FOR $40. I entered a claim and they denied it. Plus, my credit card has been charged twice after I cancelled my membership. Deceitful! A scam. Do not sign up for a monthly service. Our credit card was charged every time we went through the wash instead of monthly. We were charged $45.00 per visit, so hundreds per month. We presented credit card statements and explained the error to customer service anticipating a reward and were told that we used the services so no refund would be given. They would not talk to us. Been needing to wash my car, decided to try this place today .15$ for basic wash with wax. They are Suppose pre wash, kid with the hose squirted my windshield and sent me in less than 3 ft behind car in front. Not at any time did water spray touch my side windows in this drive through!!! Angry, to say least! Worth 5$ max. The vacumes are jacked up barely have suction. I felt do scammed. Only employee working barely spraying cars. The car wash itself is decent but I dread pulling up to pay. The employees come up to 'greet' you for the sole purpose of trying to sell you a membership. One of them (long shaggy dirty blond hair with purple/green color-shifting sunglasses) is really pushy and one day even added extra options to my wash on the touch screen while talking to me. When I questioned why the price was suddenly higher before I paid he played dumb. He has even gone so far as to ask me "Man, what's your problem?" when I've declined his membership specials. The provided drying towels are always wet as if they just take them out of the washing machine and fold them rather than drying them first. Defeats the purpose of a drying towel if they are already wet. The lights in the drying area have been out since last year. Employees say they are broken but I kind of wonder if they are turning them off so they appear closed and can go home earlier. read more

Please don't waste your money or time on this place. I have been going to this place for months and even got their monthly subscription because they had some sort of promotion going on. Whenever I go there they either don't have spray bottles or the towels are wet. On 04/30/2023 I was there washing my car, while there I heard other customers saying the vacuum wasn't working. One customer asked one of the employees why the vacuum suddenly stopped working. The customer was told that it's almost time to close and that is why the vacuum was turned off. The two had a verbal back and forth when the employee suddenly grabbed the towels from the customer's hand, verbally abused him and threatened him. After finishing my car, I went to the office and requested that my monthly subscription be cancelled. While in the process of getting my subscription cancelled the same employee came into the office and enquired why I was cancelling my subscription. I told him that I didn't like the way he treated the other customer and I also told him that the policy of turning off vacuum while customers are using it is not a good business practice. For the record, this location is now Zips Car Wash. I started using it when it opened as Four Seasons and liked it. Today I was insulted, cursed at and run off the lot and told I could not return. Why? At the paystation I asked the attendant to stay back and I could handle my own transaction. I have avoided covid so far and plan to keep it that way. I go to express serve washes so I don't have to have someone IN my car. We are still social distancing and masking indoors. This idiot employee told me that I could not tell them how to do their job and if I didn't want him at my window to leave and not come back. He cursed at me and took a photo of my license plate when I asked for contact information for the owner. Not only will I never return but I am going to convince everyone I see or talk to daily not to go to a Zips Car Wash location anywhere.
