I filled out an incident report over a MONTH AGO!!! NO CALL BACK. NO CONTACT FROM THE MANAGER. I have been calling for the manager, Layla almost once a week and I get the same response "She is not here, can I take a message?" I leave the SAME message every single time. They tell me the same thing "I will tell her to look at the cameras" Well i'm assuming she hasn't because it's been over a month and I am FED UP!!! Even the guy working said "The chip is too fresh to be old" YES I KNOW I asked the guy that was working what normally happens in these situations and he said "They will do anything to not pay for it, keep bothering them" HOW embarrassing and how unprofessional. After four separate attempts to resolve the issue, I escalated the matter to the CEO and still received no response, no phone call, and no resolution. From what I've heard, this is not the first time this has happened. Customers should carefully review their statements after visiting this business. To make matters worse, they charge premium prices for a car wash and don't even provide towels for customers to dry their vehicles. Many other car wash businesses offer towels as a basic courtesy. I can't use his name because he refused to tell me BUT he a was mixed middle age VERY rude man!! First off no one was there to greet me. I pulled in the wrong way accidentally as I saw an open and enter sign after waiting a few minutes outside. I pulled in and waved at this man who was sitting at his desk and didn't move. He yells from his desk "you went the wrong way!!" With a very ill look on his face. So pull out and straighten out. He comes over and says "wow you wait until 20 minutes before closing to do this?!" Is a very douche way. I am a woman with three small kids in the car with me. Feeling like I did some thing wrong I said, "oh I am sorry, business hours say until 6pm". He says "it's last minute!!" He asked me what year my car was and I said I "think" it's 07' (feeling flustered and like I should leave) he slammed his arms on my open car door in a "ugh" kind of way. Mistakes like these can negatively impact your Carfax report and future vehicle records if you ever plan to sell your car. When I asked for the emissions test to be redone, he told me to leave it as is and fix it next year, which is completely unacceptable. Accuracy in emissions testing is extremely important, and if you're not confident or properly trained to perform it, you shouldn't be doing it. Additionally, my car door was hit against the wall during the visit. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was busy and to come back another day. I received no apology or compensation for the inconvenience or the damage.
