Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

    Before Chambers Property Management, I honestly felt like I was on my own. I technically had a…read moreproperty manager, but actually getting help was another story. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

In the years we have been renting with JD we have appreciated the low rent. The area isn't in JD home rentals control. The maintenance requests were always completed. Even if it took them a while they got it done. Lastly, Analy has always answered my questions. She is patient and kind when dealing with stressful clients as well as stressful situations. Edith values time. She is understanding and was flexible when dealing with our personal time constraints when finalizing paperwork. My only suggestion is to help with more organization, the company definitely needs more labor the overload of apartments available as well as clients is tremendous.

I haven't had heat/gas for a week now…read morebecause there is a clogged pipe, and Carla went on about how it's basically not her issue because it wasn't clogged before, yet this property has been sitting for a while and no one came out to check on it...she kept saying there sending an there sending a plumber out but they never came out, she said she would have a supervisor call me, but instead she called my husband complaining to him how rude I was? That's actually SO inappropriate and disgusting, then telling him they're sending a plumber out later this week.. she is unprofessional and thinks it's funny to see people struggle. I hope she gets fired.

    It helped that Jeff with was more than a property manager. He was my sales agent/broker and "go to…read moreguy" for the resources to fix and sell my homes that he previous managed for years. Jeff fixed and sold three houses in five months. He made my transition smooth. My family and I have had a long standing working relationship with Rental Management Company. Jeff is reliable, efficient and available. He makes things easy and his office assistants, Linda and Cindy, did just the same. Everyone was delight to work with.     Linda is one of the worst property managers I've ever dealt with and ever met when we moved in…read morethings were supposed to be fixed, but I had to call boarding code for them to get everything fixed as in leaking carport leaking front porch mold in the laundry room mold in the bathroom cockroaches everywhere also giving hard time harassing us constantly through because we decided to go through the boarding code process and she's very upset. Also to let everyone know that they own almost every property that they manage. I know this because when I filed the violations with the city it states that they are the owner of the property renting from. The thing is we pay our rent on time and we just want a suitable living condition but she rather move people into unsuitable living conditions and then point fingers at them like it's all their fault but me I have evidence to show differ, and how rude and how she is trying to flip stories on how things happen or that we never requested things to be fixed in we have all documentations and evidence to prove differ. Please try to avoid this property company as much as you possibly can. They're very managing property and also customer service. Linda acts like she is a very nice person and then when you meet her in person she's completely opposite and very rude and cut you offshore and will not look in the eye while talking to you looking down upon you like you're nothing and she's better than you. She tries to pretend that she's a good Christian person online on the Internet but really in person. She's very rude. Very very non-Christian like doesn't treat others with respect or sympathy. Just be aware of this property management one of the worst if not the worst management company.
