Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. In the years we have been renting with JD we have appreciated the low rent. The area isn't in JD home rentals control. The maintenance requests were always completed. Even if it took them a while they got it done. Lastly, Analy has always answered my questions. She is patient and kind when dealing with stressful clients as well as stressful situations. Edith values time. She is understanding and was flexible when dealing with our personal time constraints when finalizing paperwork. My only suggestion is to help with more organization, the company definitely needs more labor the overload of apartments available as well as clients is tremendous.

That's actually SO inappropriate and disgusting, then telling him they're sending a plumber out later this week.. she is unprofessional and thinks it's funny to see people struggle. David was very transparent with our lease agreement and flexible with getting all of our paperwork together. Since we moved in we have had a couple maintenance issues with the house and Parker properties has sent someone out to fix the problems right away. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor communication from your rental company, we are no longer interested in renting this property. The extended delay in processing our application--despite submitting all requested documents within 24 hours--is unacceptable. It should not take two weeks to review a complete application. Additionally, the failure to respond promptly to emails and text messages raises serious concerns about how future issues would be handled. This lack of responsiveness gives us little confidence in your ability to support tenants if problems arise. I strongly suggest improving communication practices and setting clear expectations for applicants moving forward. They are just prolonging application process to collect application fees from other tenants !!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! The worst ever!!!

This woman has the worst reputation in town as a property manager! Based on these reviews she must…read morehave had a life crisis as she does not live up to them any longer. She really doesn't know how to talk to the people who live in her properties. To intimidate and dismiss tenents who need repairs in the homes she rents to them displays a serious lack of character. On more than 3 occassions that I know of myself, when presented with a problem in a home her first response is "why don't you just leave". Um....NOT ok Robin!! Borders on illegal in California.....Save yourself the aggravation and rent from someone else!!
