Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. She has been the most incredible, hospitable, understanding, sweet, outgoing, helpful, and accommodating person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. I've always gotten good service from JD home rentals. They've never taken more than a couple or…read morethree days to fix things. I once missed a rent increase and paid the old amount for a few months, but when I explained that my mailing address is different from the address where I live and that I was unaware that the rent had gone up they took all the penalty fees off and let me just pay the amount of the rent increase. I don't expect absolute perfection in a low income rental so there are a few cosmetic flaws but everything functional works. The office people have always been helpful.

That's actually SO inappropriate and disgusting, then telling him they're sending a plumber out later this week.. she is unprofessional and thinks it's funny to see people struggle. David was very transparent with our lease agreement and flexible with getting all of our paperwork together. Since we moved in we have had a couple maintenance issues with the house and Parker properties has sent someone out to fix the problems right away. Their website is easy to pay rent and post any maintenance issues you have. They are on top of it!

Due to the lack of professionalism and poor communication from your rental company, we are no longer interested in renting this property. The extended delay in processing our application--despite submitting all requested documents within 24 hours--is unacceptable. It should not take two weeks to review a complete application. Additionally, the failure to respond promptly to emails and text messages raises serious concerns about how future issues would be handled. This lack of responsiveness gives us little confidence in your ability to support tenants if problems arise. I strongly suggest improving communication practices and setting clear expectations for applicants moving forward. They are just prolonging application process to collect application fees from other tenants !!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! The worst ever!!!

Spenser asked if they videos could get shared with tenants and owner , I reluctantly emailed if you think that will help but be careful of our privacy. The Tenant problems got worse and I contacted IPS to find out what the solution was ? I then was told after they shared my video with the tenants and owners that IPS doesn't get involved in neighbor disputes. What ??? You should never have shared the videos to make the situation worse and then tell me you don't get involved in neighbor disputes. The agency set me up for more retaliation after I asked them to be sensitive to this group of "bullies" that your tenant belongs too. Don't trust they will do the right thing with their tenants instead of causing more trouble. I can't believe the answer to the problem is to put the problem back on my family. Very unprofessional with handling tenant issues. They make living by their tenants very uncomfortable. Shame on your agency for causing more problems after you said you would take care of problem.

She really doesn't know how to talk to the people who live in her properties. To intimidate and dismiss tenents who need repairs in the homes she rents to them displays a serious lack of character. On more than 3 occassions that I know of myself, when presented with a problem in a home her first response is "why don't you just leave". Um....NOT ok Robin!! Borders on illegal in California.....Save yourself the aggravation and rent from someone else!!
