After driving a vehicle for a while, it's only natural that it gets a little dirty. Pet hair, dirt, grass, or worse, you really will be surprised by all the junk that winds up in a car or truck over time. You'll become a victim of Stockholm's Syndrome to your own ride, and that's just not something that anyone wants. We should hold our vehicles and ourselves to a higher standard and make sure that the whip is fresh to death at all times! Enter Ziebart. These are the guys you want to come to if you want to be sure that your ride's looking fresh off the lot (assuming you haven't wrecked that thing beforehand). They're fast and take great integrity in doing right by their customers. I can absolutely attest to this. If you get your vehicle back and find that something is unsatisfactory, they'll make it right. So stop driving around your trashmobile already and bring it in to Ziebart! He offered the service but was waiting for his installer to finish training. I was willing to wait for what would eventually turn out to be 2 years. The job was going to cost about $2000. No problem, I was willing to spend the money. He promised to call. However, after stopping in today, I remind him that he never called me back. Then he said that he no longer has his installer. What a guy, as a manager you would think that he would have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call. He is just too young and inexperienced to be in this position. Now today, I stopped by to get a quote for a full detail package and his attitude was horrible. I need to say upfront that this was my fourth stop and last stop for shopping around for service packages and price quotes. They wanted me to leave my truck with them for a few days and fend for myself for transportation during that time. He suggested that I rent a car for that time. Now a days rental cars are hard to get and very expensive. I told him so, and he flat out said no they are not. I have to let you know, the three places I went before, two of them offered me rides to and from home and one even offered me a loaner during that time. Guess who get my very expensive business? Not Ziebart. Travis has no sense of customer service and seems complacent since his father seems to funnel all his business to Ziebart. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this business. Took my car in and repaired, I called them to see if car be ready the next day. Person I spoke to said be ready today at 3:30. I'm like ok , but I'm working and won't be able to pick up car until tomorrow after taking off work. Well I go in at 9AM and they are working on the car. Person working on it said had some nicks on the fender and needed to be fixed, but be ready in a few hours. Three hours later I call and that person said a part was on order and car be ready maybe Monday afternoon! I'm like it's Friday and I took off special to pick up my car. A few hours someone from the office call me and said car is ready. I'm like ok, be there soon. I go there and had buffing dust on the repair are still, the rest of the car was cleaned and a worker got a cloth and dusted the fender a little.. I forgot my glasses and at the shop it's looked good. Well after it rained I went with glasses on and was a bit disappointed on the finish work. Very minimal and I can live with it because don't have time to take off work and do this minor fix. I'll post some pics of areas that are messed up .

They did more damage than what they repaired. The finish trim around the door window was incorrectly put on, there are gaps between the pieces that shouldn't be there. They don't fit tightly against the glass and water gets inside my door. They put two large chips in a panel they didn't even work on and when I took it back for them to fix that they painted it a different color than my car! When it was first finished after two months, I opened the replaced door and the rubber seal just fell off in their driveway! They removed the entire rear bumper to replace a door and messed up all of the sensors, front and rear. The entire job it terribly sloppy and very poorly done. I complained to my insurance company and they told the shop they had to redo the work. They told me they would and the owner promised he would make sure it was done to my satisfaction. After weeks of taking it back for more photos, repeatedly and waiting for a new bid they sent to get paid to redo their bad work Matthew has refused to fix my car properly. My insurance company was even going to pay them again to fix the terrible work. No other body shop on island will fix/ repaint the panel, even when the insurance company authorized payment! The body shops on island are all in this together. I am having State Farm remove MS Auto from their approved shops.
