The force of the water spray is so strong that it snapped off the Big Island Toyota license-plate holder on a black late-model Toyota 4Runner. The broken-off piece was ejected out of the wash. To be fair, I cannot say if the licence-plate holder was installed correctly. There is a warning posted regarding loose parts. I was behind the 4Runner at about 12:30 pm 7-29-2018, waiting my turn. I backed out of the line and told the cashier. I could not get my money back because I had already entered the code, but I am just so glad I did not enter the wash. The station is not responsible for damages as a standard policy. Please check for loose parts before entering the car wash.

These are the guys you want to come to if you want to be sure that your ride's looking fresh off the lot (assuming you haven't wrecked that thing beforehand). They're fast and take great integrity in doing right by their customers. I can absolutely attest to this. He offered the service but was waiting for his installer to finish training. I was willing to wait for what would eventually turn out to be 2 years. The job was going to cost about $2000. No problem, I was willing to spend the money. He promised to call. However, after stopping in today, I remind him that he never called me back. Then he said that he no longer has his installer. What a guy, as a manager you would think that he would have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call. He is just too young and inexperienced to be in this position. Now today, I stopped by to get a quote for a full detail package and his attitude was horrible. I need to say upfront that this was my fourth stop and last stop for shopping around for service packages and price quotes. They wanted me to leave my truck with them for a few days and fend for myself for transportation during that time. He suggested that I rent a car for that time. Now a days rental cars are hard to get and very expensive. I told him so, and he flat out said no they are not. I have to let you know, the three places I went before, two of them offered me rides to and from home and one even offered me a loaner during that time. Guess who get my very expensive business? Not Ziebart. Travis has no sense of customer service and seems complacent since his father seems to funnel all his business to Ziebart. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this business. I was lucky to find the latter at Big Island Used Cars. Within a few days, I had found a vehicle I liked, worked out the payment process, signed transfer documents, taken out a new auto insurance policy, and driven away a happy camper. Now I get it my fault for not test driving but after reading reviews I see I am not the only one that walked away with a vehicle with major issues. Check engine is on even after new battery and alternator and there's another problem with the fuel gasket but I do not even financially have the means to fix any more on the vehicle I tried to turn it in and no one even wants to touch it and I still have over 15,000 to pay on it and it's value is not even 5k..... I have replaced the side door upholstery and even my five your old daughter at the time of buying this told me mommy they gave us a dirty broken van we should take it back but sadly I told her it doesn't work like that and it was mommy fault for not test driving it. I was so excited for walking out with no money down and a van life for a mom of multiples that I didn't even shop around I was just happy to hear no down and accepted but credit acceptance does not do refinancing and they are set on interest and payments I walked away paying $522 dollars on a van that has given my family nothing but problems. On Oahu I was quoted $522 for a brand new vehicle a truck and I walked away because we were moving! I just wish I never made this purchase and that I never made it on an impulsive emotional purchase..... I see from the comments I'm not alone in walking away feeling like this and after two days of trying to fix the side door myself with help of a jack being over six months pregnant with my fourth baby I am just done and I had to update this yelp review. I learned to never ever purchase without test driving and to never make an emotional purchase after having a newborn and doing it alone. My husband was at work when I purchased this vehicle he was not able to have a decision in this. I do not lie and after being called a liar and saying I did not maintain this vehicle is a complete and utter lie! I maintain oil changes and did take it to the shop and it the problems were again not fixed it did not work and I did call and was told I have to pay the diagnostic to have it looked at again! I did come back for the detail but you did say they were closed and gave me money to go across the street if I can remember right but it's been awhile I believe I took it to the drive thru car wash. I have taken this vehicle to Lex Brodies and to two other mechanics, I don't think that's saying I don't take care of it and I did say in my review it was my fault for not test driving it.
