What has four wheels and flies? A garbage truck! You'll not be able to bring your sweet new garbage truck in to Ziebart, but you will be able to bring in most other not-weird vehicles. After driving a vehicle for a while, it's only natural that it gets a little dirty. Pet hair, dirt, grass, or worse, you really will be surprised by all the junk that winds up in a car or truck over time. You'll become a victim of Stockholm's Syndrome to your own ride, and that's just not something that anyone wants. We should hold our vehicles and ourselves to a higher standard and make sure that the whip is fresh to death at all times! Enter Ziebart. These are the guys you want to come to if you want to be sure that your ride's looking fresh off the lot (assuming you haven't wrecked that thing beforehand). They're fast and take great integrity in doing right by their customers. I can absolutely attest to this. If you get your vehicle back and find that something is unsatisfactory, they'll make it right. So stop driving around your trashmobile already and bring it in to Ziebart! It's like the old saying, "Look good, feel good, play good." That goes for your ride, too! Always be putting your best foot forward, even if you're the only one that's seeing it! read more

Travis runs this business and he is not the best business manager at all. 2 years ago I was going to put the plastic protective strips on my brand new Ford F-150 that I purchased at his father's business (Orchid Island Ford). He offered the service but was waiting for his installer to finish training. I was willing to wait for what would eventually turn out to be 2 years. The job was going to cost about $2000. No problem, I was willing to spend the money. He promised to call. However, after stopping in today, I remind him that he never called me back. Then he said that he no longer has his installer. What a guy, as a manager you would think that he would have the courtesy to pick up the phone and call. He is just too young and inexperienced to be in this position. Now today, I stopped by to get a quote for a full detail package and his attitude was horrible. I need to say upfront that this was my fourth stop and last stop for shopping around for service packages and price quotes. They wanted me to leave my truck with them for a few days and fend for myself for transportation during that time. He suggested that I rent a car for that time. Now a days rental cars are hard to get and very expensive. I told him so, and he flat out said no they are not. I have to let you know, the three places I went before, two of them offered me rides to and from home and one even offered me a loaner during that time. Guess who get my very expensive business? Not Ziebart. Travis has no sense of customer service and seems complacent since his father seems to funnel all his business to Ziebart. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this business. I am trying to be brutally honest. read more

I've gone to Ziebart a few times. Found them to be professional and friendly. Little pricey, and takes a while to get an appointment. However, was pleased with the job and have referred friends to there for auto detailing. Travis is very helpful. read more

Talk about a good detail! Everytime I get my car done here I am always pleased with the service! I use to drive my car through the car wash and wash my car at home and once I started getting my car done at ziebart I feel like I really am taking care of my car by bringing it here. I finally found a nice and trustworthy place to bring it ! Not to mention the tinting they did for me has helped me stay so much more cooler when the sun is out! THANK YOU ZIEBART! read more

I got a referral for Zeberts from a friend and I have been happy that I did. I took my car in for detailing one time and for finding earrings I had dropped between the seats another time. Both visits were professional and timely. The detailing was well done, but after a few weeks I found that mildew covered the inside of the trunk, an issue that cleared up without problems and the earrings were quickly found by a technician at no charge. I love Zeberts! read more

Every time I called Ziebart Hilo, was able to connect with owner Travis. Very clean and professionally run business. I like Ziebart's under-coating and corrossion protection treatment. The window tinting material used by Ziebart Hilo is top rated. If you want excellent seat covers, talk with Travis about Ruff Tuff faux leather seat covers...you won't be dissapointed. I would recommend Ziebart Hilo to a friend. read more
