My experiences with Zippivet have always been great over the past few years. As cat parents, it was important for us to find a vet we trusted to ensure our babies are in good hands. We found Dr. Helburn and her team who have helped us navigate challenging diagnoses such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism. With each concern, Dr. Helburn has always made me feel empowered to choose and explains the reasoning well behind any recommended tests and/or treatments. Anytime I have reached out for any questions or medication refills, I have received a timely response. I appreciate their medication reminder texts for my Gabapentin babies. Unfortunately, our senior baby's time had come and we had to make the tough decision to free him from his pain. We did not know what to expect and Dr. Helburn and the team did an incredible job setting expectations and never rushing us. We felt very supported during the process and the heartfelt card sent by the team really meant a lot. I certainly recommend this vet! read more

Here's some background, I adopted Sneakers in Feb 2023 from a lady out in Buna, TX. He was rescued from a really bad animal hoarding situation. It was either I adopt him or he'd be euthanized at the local shelter. He joined the family with his late step brother, Pocky. Adopting him, I knew I'd have to take on providing him with care, love, and support that he didn't receive from his previous owners. Prior to considering ZippiVet, I've taken my dogs to Vetco Great Hills and wasn't liking their service as I felt it was too lackluster. Out of all the veterinary clinics I've been to throughout my lifetime of owning dogs, ZippiVet is by far the best! I'll tell you why: the staff is understanding, nonjudgmental, never prejudice towards POC. With many other vets, they have questioned me into oblivion about how I care for my dogs and are simply rude. Not at ZippiVet, they recognize that owners care about their pets and want the best for them. Staff respects all races and ethnicity of owners. Also, at ZippiVet, they act on a sliding scale basis when it comes to paying. They give me a high and low price then gives me the option to choose what to pay, they do not pressure me into paying for anything expensive. They notify me if something is too pricey then tell me that I can get it next time. Always reasonable. I have not found any vet in Houston that does this. It's either you pay their price or "you don't deserve to own dogs if you can't afford their vet bills" kind of attitude. Also, most of the sliding scale vets have an income requirement and the cheaper options only do preventative work such as Emancipet. Graciously, ZippiVet isn't like that! They are very transparent with everything and have given thorough explanation on all questions I've asked. Recently, my dog, Sneakers had developed an oral mass and his Houston vet referred him out to Dental Specialist who charged $200 for the initial consultation only to tell me that he would do the surgery for $6,000 and he didn't even diagnose the mass. I was told the biopsy cost $1,000. The dentist diagnosed my dog with periodontal disease, but wasn't given anything to treat it. Pet Vet Baybrook then guilt tripped me into sticking with the dentist since they they were more experienced than them and when the vet came into the room as soon as he saw me he told me that he needed to refer Sneakers out to a specialist. He refused to tell me what the mass was. He then proceeded to judge me about why I adopted Sneakers. Absolutely ridiculous! I told them I wasn't paying $6 grand for removal if they didn't even know what it was. So, I brought Sneakers in for a second opinion. Thankfully, ZippiVet agreed to take on the surgery for less than $5K and they didn't need a referral at their dentist to perform it either. They even removed the tartar causing the periodontal disease and removed some of teeth causing abscess. The take home instructions were simple and Sneakers has been healing just well. It is a good thing that the mass was benign and the DVM Dr. Audrey Hepburn explained everything very well! Staff even sent me pictures of the mass after surgery. They called me afterwards to check on Sneakers and always sent me follow up emails explaining the process. I even had them send Pet Vet the medical records. They did so without charge. All the staff have always been so nice and pleasant. Never making sly rude comments or remarks. Very professional. They always feed Sneakers treats to make him feel at ease. The clinic is clean with a nice scent. When Pocky was living, I took him here too. He received great service and for the longest time, he had a chronic skin condition covering his belly and inside his ears. I went to Pet Vet in Houston, they gave him something that didn't work, but when he was living with me in Austin I brought him to ZippiVet. They gave him meds to clear up the rash quickly without it recurring. I will always travel the great distance to bring my pets to ZippiVet! They are trustworthy and highly reliable! read more

Our vet person told us our cat had fleas and prescribed meds, but when I got him home and fleacombed him TWICE with a fine-toothed flea comb, there was not a single critter. He's a clean white cat so fleas are easy to spot. We all make mistakes but I also understand that Zippi makes a good profit from upcharging on medications and medicated food. Zippi has served us well enough in the past, but tbh no trust now. I feel they don't always have the pet's best interest at heart. read more

My dog is due for a few vaccinations- they'd sent me an email reminder in January regarding this. This month (March) is my furbaby's birthday month. Some things I love about this place: they have curbside service. If you're not comfortable going inside for whatever reason, you text a number and a tech then calls you and does a verification of what services you're "coming in" for and then come gets your furry friend! They do everything and then there's paperless billing and payment for services done. Then you're on your way! I did not go inside this time (bc I had my child in the car with me) so I opted for curbside check-in. When I got there I texted the number on the placard in front of car (5125754553). A few minutes later a tech called and verified services. A few minutes after that the tech came out and took my dog Haley inside. Appointment time was fairly short for a couple vaccines and general health check. I told them I needed some flea/tick and heartworm prevention so they added that to my bill. Overall a great experience with this place. For some reason they also recommended Purina dog food to me, which is weird since it isn't one of the brands of foods I would consider giving my pupper... but ok read more

These are the best vets I have been to hands down. They are a fear free vet and are so personable! It's also the nicest office I've been to. I had to take my bugg there for an emergency visit as she was peeing blood and they were able to diagnose and give her meds within less than an hour. Also you get $25 off a first time visit. They treated both my girls so sweetly and spent a lot of time discussing with me their general health and didn't rush through and listened to me. I wasn't getting that from thrive vet anymore so I'm glad they're more established and the same vets cycle through all their locations, they are upfront with pricing and very fair in my opinion. I love they have a location right by my house and their flagship location off of 183 and braker has a lab that does analysis and you get results back within 20 mins, Hannah bear and Peppah approved. read more

I made an appointment on Saturday for my sick cat to come in first thing Monday morning at 8:30 and even spoke with a staff member on the phone to confirm everything was good. At 8:06 on the morning of my appointment I receive a text and at 8:08 I receive an email letting me know my appointment is CANCELLED and there was not even a phone call to personally tell me - just a text followed by an email. Are you KIDDING ME??! What exactly do you expect me to do for my sick animal less than 30 MINUTES before my appointment?!?! I am LIVID with how this was callously handled and I do NOT feel that this company cares about my baby at all. Additionally, getting through to actually speak with someone is practically impossible, so I called several times and never got to speak with a live person after my call was cancelled. My pup, Emma, gave me quite the scare the other day when she had an allergic reaction and her face and eyes swelled up. On a Sunday. Frantically, I googled "Vet open on Sunday" and ZippiVet popped up. I called on our way there, and they took us in within 10 minutes of our arrival. The vet and staff were amazing - you can tell they love animals and know what they are doing and do it well! After several injections (Benadryl, steroids, and fluids), the vet suggested taking Emma home and keeping an eye on her and to watch for specific symptoms. Alternatively, she said I could leave Emma there so they could keep an eye on her, but she seemed to be feeling okay and a cozy couch by the fire is always better than a kennel. I was prepared for a high bill, so I was pleasantly surprised when the total was only $142. The following day, they even called to check up on Emma. My dog Perla woke up this morning in pain from impacted glands, and is a difficult patient with her shyness and anxiety. Dr Zilkha and her team were super patient, and loving with Perla. They were able to see the sweetheart that she is despite her nervous barking. They gave her a thorough exam before assessing that her glands were painfully full. The location is super clean, modern and comfortable. This eased my anxiety Because it was a Sunday I was unable to go to my regular vet, and Zippivet saved Perla from a going to an emergency clinic where she had a traumatic experience before (muzzled ). I came here today out of desperation with my dog, Babs, since my regular vet was booked. I have never been more thankful for a vet that couldn't accommodate us because it sent me to ZippiVet! There was only one spot available that I was immediately booked into and the tech apologized that it couldn't be sooner. It wasn't her fault, obviously, but it was so touching for someone to be so caring. She even gave me options such as going to Kyle since they had more openings. I opted to take the spot they had here and a few hours later I got a call that there was a cancellation if I wanted to come in earlier. I didn't even ask to be on a cancellation list or if they had one so again I was impressed! After carrying my extremely scared, giant baby of a dog into the office, they didn't bat an eye when she made a mess on the floor. Instead, Babs was given water and a blanket to make her feel more comfortable! Keith was our Vet Tech and I'm pretty sure Babs would choose to live with him if she had a choice! My traitor LOVED him and he is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He put her in what I can only describe as a doggy trough where she laid on her back in order to check her bladder if necessary and to cut her nails. She laid so still and peacefully that Dr. Thompson came to get me from the exam room to show me what they were laughing about! After her UA, Dr. Thompson came in to give me the results and I really appreciate that she didn't offer meds since the test was clear. That is responsible patient care! She didn't suggest unnecessary tests either which made my bill lower than what was quoted and less than half the cost of my regular vet for BETTER care. So, I've been using Zippivet for a few years now and have had good interactions, but the last year has been very disappointing. My dog needs regular anxiety medication and they are terrible about keeping up with his medication refills. They ignore the pharmacy and we have to keep calling them to make sure he gets his refills. This is not a controlled substance! Getting in touch with them for refills or medical records has become more difficult and we're often left with just leaving a message instead of actually speaking with someone. The last straw was when I brought my dog in to check out a bump. They checked the bump I pointed out but missed 4 other lumps, some of which are large. We only got them officially recorded when we went to VCA Arbor for a second opinion, where they were super thorough. It's hard to build a relationship with a single vet at Zippivet, which is something I feel is critical to my dog's health, especially since he's 10 and has more complicated needs. I think if you need very basic care, Zippivet is fine, but it's scattershot on what kind of care you'll get. read more

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. This place s WAY overpriced. I took my lethargic cat in for a sick visit. I was charged a $60 exam fee and told my cat needed $833 worth of bloodwork, tests, etc. in order to determine what's wrong with him. Yeah, that's gonna be a big "No" for me. Emailed prior to the appointment and asked for ballpark pricing information for labs, etc and explained that budget was a concern. They said they couldn't gIve me that info without an exam, yadda, yadda. They could've at least told me that bloodwork alone is $175 and I would've never scheduled an appointment there in tHe first place. Now I'm out the $60 exam fee and have no answers about my cat. Bottom line, if you're one of those senseless pet owners that can hemorrhage hurdlers to thousands of dollars of your pet then by all means go here. If you're on a tight budget then don't go here. There are vets in Belton and San Marcos that don't overcharge like this. It's worth a 45 min drive to save hundreds of dollars. read more

The manager, Danielle requires her staff to up sell on services your animals don't need or that you say you don't need. Then they accuse you of not being a good pet parent unless you do all services they offer. Zippivet North Austin is truly a "lifesaver," in every sense of the word. A couple of weeks ago, my dog Charlie (Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix) became very ill. He was straining to use the restroom, refusing to eat and drink and notably in distress, as he began to yelp (pun intended) out in pain. I called Zippivet and described the symptoms and was instructed to bring him in immediately. Needless to say, I too was in distress when arriving with Charlie to Zippivet North Austin. A vet tech gently took Charlie from my arms to be examined by Dr. Lisa Byer, while another tech led me to a private examination room and consoled me with a box of tissue and a bottle of complimentary water. Within a matter of minutes, I received consultation from Dr. Lisa Byer and her vet tech, who showed me Charlie's X-ray results. Dr. Byer explained to me that Charlie was in critical condition, with 5 bladder stones, 4 of which were lodged into his urethra, obstructing his urine flow, which can be fatal if not surgically removed. Thankfully, Dr. Byer was able to conduct the emergency surgery right then and there at Zippivet North Austin. Bladder stone surgery requires anesthesia and the vet tech led me to the back room so I could see Charlie before he went completely under for surgery. The back room/surgery area was filled with doctors and techs . As I walked in with tears streaming down my face, I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and peace and left knowing I was leaving Charlie in very good hands. I got a text message from Zippivet letting me know the exact time Charlie was going into surgery. I then received a phone call directly from Dr. Lisa Byer, immediately following the surgery, to advise me that the surgery went well. Long story short: I took Charlie back to Zippivet in yesterday, on 01/19/2018, for his 2 week post op follow up appt. and to have his stitches removed. Dr. Byer completed additional blood work and urinalysis, in which his blood levels are back to normal and his urine test showed no traces of any new crystals (which can result in recurring stones) and no sign of any infections. Charlie is on strict prescription urinary diet for the rest of his life, for preventative measures, which is well worth the cost in avoiding future stones and surgery. I strongly recommend Zippivet North Austin. The facility is clean and the staff are super friendly. They accept walk-ins and scheduling an appointment is easy via telephone or through their on-line portal. Most importantly, they are conveniently opened 7 days a week and their on site hospital/lab allows for more effective and efficient full service care for our beloved fur babies! We have used ZippiVet a multitude of times and due to work schedules have always opted to walk-in where we have always been accommodated. We were pretty appalled to find out that the facility charges a walk-in fee that's over $100 when they are booked in case you so desperately need your pet to be seen. Look, if you are booked, you are booked. I'd rather you just tell us you're full for the day rather than nickel and dime us for more money because you know we treat our pets like family and we will do whatever it takes to care for them. In a more symbolic assessment, having been told of this "walk-in fee" has diluted the compassionate and heartfelt approach to pet care at the facility. I don't want to feel like I'm in a corporate establishment. I want to know that I'm going to build a relationship with my practitioner and I can trust that they have the best interest in my pet. I want to see that their actions and recommendations come with intentions to heal and protect, not add to the bill itemization. I recommend you just tell it like it is and have people schedule for another day. The fee disables the status of "Austin local" and enables the aura of corporate. This definitely was off putting for me. read more

A few years ago, I brought my cat here to Dr. Wystrach for an exam / teeth cleaning, and it went great! I recently brought him back for the same thing, and even though Dr. Wystrach no longer practices there, Dr. Torrez was excellent. I've never had a vet take such time or care to ensure that we both understood my cat's care plan and unique needs. She referred my cat to an outside dental surgery specialist, and has been great with following up and making sure the records etc. were sent over to their office. Why not a 5 star review? As much as I admire the way the office is set up, and the transparent itemized billing, and the nice care staff -- there was an issue that could probably have been avoided: For my cat's safety and ours, we ended up having to go to a 24hr emergency vet later that same day because the Zippivet staff had left a pressure bandage on his back leg. They'd advised us it could NOT be left on over night, and that we could pull on the end and it would simply unravel... Now, not only does my cat have to be sedated to even be examined by a vet, he also gets dysphoria after anesthesia. Meaning, he goes into Murder Mode. (In fact, I initially dropped him off with my hand bandaged because I'd already been bitten trying to give him anti-anxiety medication.) Thus, while we did manage to remove his front leg bandage at home, when we attempted to prise apart the back bandage we had to (very quickly) abort mission. Knowing the -ahem- challenges with my cat, I do wish they would have told us to begin with that we'd need to go to an after-hours vet for bandage removal, or come up with some other plan. Hopefully this feedback will help them to better strategize for future cats in Murder Mode. read more

I've had a few experiences with ZippiVet. The first set was a few months ago. I had a puppy in need of a spay and final puppy shots. It was more expensive than expected, though not enough to cause an outrage. I wouldn't say anything was stellar about the experience, but pup 1's surgery went well and she's a healthy girl. Positive result achieved. Recently, I had another puppy in need of final puppy shots. Again, more expensive than expected. This time, enough that I spent my time in the car (pandemic, so pets go in while people wait outside) idly researching other vets in the area. Additionally, the upselling that other reviews mentioned was more vigorous this time. They recommended things to pup 2 that they didn't for pup 1, causing me to wonder about the consistency of care. Bad vibes aside, I left with a happy girl and a pre-paid kit to collect a sample for a parasite test. And that's where things started to go from, "Ehh, I don't love all this but it's convenient and the dogs are healthy," to, "F!@# NO. FULL STOP. NO WAY." A couple of days later, I followed pup 2 on her morning constitutional and grabbed a sample. In the process, I discovered she has worms. Fully visible, wriggling, thriving, plentiful worms. Sample in kit, I drove to the clinic. Other clients were waiting in their cars, but no one appeared to be in the office. I texted them. Someone read my text, yet no reply came. I waited, thinking maybe they were getting a late start to the day. Double-checked the hours and for updates on their door, website, and app. Went for a donut and returned. Still no signs of life or a text back. Went back again around noon. Still dead. Curious, I went to places like Glassdoor and Reddit to see what employees say about ZippiVet. I won't restate what all I read (you have the internet too), but it seems staff no-showing isn't surprising. Alas, samples don't keep, so the next morning, new wormy sample collected, I returned to the clinic and texted. They responded that someone would be out in a few minutes. After waiting 25 minutes (while watching staff snack and chat), I texted again and handed off the kit, feeling like ZippiVet may not be the vet for us. The price, salesmanship, inconsistency, unexpectedly shuttered shop, lack of communication, poor relationship with their own people, unnecessary waits... Still, I had already paid for the test and pup 2 needed the dewormer that would come of seeing this through. Finally, the results came. According to ZippiVet, pup 2 is parasite free. She has wiggling worms that spring from her stool like clowns fleeing an illogically small car and they were undeniably visible in the sample, yet ZippiVet found no parasites. Done and still in need of dewormer, I made an appointment with another vet. Motivated by curiosity, I replied to ZippiVet and explained pup 2 does have worms and I have concerns about their care. They responded with... Nothing. I am so ruled by inertia that a service provider can be expensive, shady, unpredictable, slow, rude, even an outright dick to me and I'll keep going back as long as the essential service is fulfilled. Their essential service is maximizing pet health, yet leaving worms untreated in a puppy is a critical problem with the potential for stunted growth, permanent organ damage, and death. My faith in them is now so low that if you told me their clinic was empty beyond what's in the window, the Heartgard they sell is 7-11 jerky, and their vets are cardboard cutouts, I'd be inclined to believe you - except cutouts always show up for work. Abject veterinary disaster. Infinite hard pass. read more

Zippivet is a walk in or appointment clinic (whatever floats your boat) that sees cats and dogs. I went in with a sick kitty today to check them out and here is what I found out: They are new They are awesome Their hours are great. M-F 7-7 and Sat- Sun - 9-5. They are only closed a few days a year. Their prices were not unreasonable. There is no receptionist. You arrive and are greeted by the vet or a tech and are taken immediately back to a visit room. The whole place is quiet, clean and very easy on the eyes. I got to work with both of the vets and one of the techs. The place just opened so they are still settling in. I expected hiccups but there were none. There is a large screen in each room where the treatment and costs are displayed. No more surprise bills and all of the information is on display where I could see it while we were talking. I even got to see my cat's x-ray while we were discussing it. I love the transparency. The staff was amazing with my pet. My kitty is NOT happy about being in the car and was really freaked out when we arrived. He had blood work, an x-ray and his nails clipped. They did a complete head to toe examination and took their time to find out about his history and physical state. The suggestions they made were reasonable and doable. They gave me options so I could pick ways to help my cat. They will order food for you and are setting up so that you can have home delivery. They gave me information I could use and resources I could go to moving forward. Most importantly - they were great with my nervous cat. I had settled on the floor in the treatment room with him to help him relax. When they came into talk to me - they just swooped down there with me. No fuss, no attitude - just real affection and concern for my pet. I dearly hope that they can keep up this outstanding level of service and I am definitely going back when my pet needs attention. My cat is incredibly anxious in vet clinics and has had to be fully sedated to even enter the door. Maren and Dr. Zilkha were wonderful with him. He wasn't thrilled, but they were able to examine him without any sedation. My dog had been having a rash/skin issue for some time, and although it had mostly cleared up with a change in food and fish oil supplements and more frequent bathing, it was still persistent in returning every now and then. I wanted to have it taken care of once and for all. I booked an appointment at this Zippivet, the simple/affordable/fast pet clinic now closest to me, and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Right from the first interaction with the person who weighed my dog, the entire facility seemed to be really well run and competent. Dr. Cheng and Erica took care of my dog, and took lots of time discussing the condition, inspecting my dog thoroughly, and explaining what the causes may be and what possible courses of action to take. I was there only for the specific skin issue, and they did a great job discussing the general health of my dog. Skin issues can be indicative of general health in dogs, after all. Their recommendations were all well explained, and definitely inspired confidence in me as a concerned dog owner, and the prices were clearly discussed and itemized and were very competitive with online/other pharmacies. No pressure sales tactics or anything -- just what's in the best interest of my dog. And to top it all off, it seems there were only two vets at this clinic, and they had been slammed the whole day! Still, despite that, the professionalism, patience, care, and expertise demonstrated by Erica and Dr. Cheng were exceptional. read more

My first experience there the vet my dog saw was extremely pushy with getting them fixed. The second they made me wait well past a normal wait time past our appointment and now It's 4:32pm on Saturday and your hours are until 5pm but they say you are closed. This has happened numerous times. Why do you leave people needing to help their pets hanging so we cannot even speak to someone? This place has gone so downhill it's sad and three other people I know moved their pets due to issues here. read more

Unprofessional, condescending, and untimely. After my appointment, I left Zippivet feeling infuriated and embarrassed. I truly feel that the service I received was poor and I am very disappointed with how I was spoken to. We were not seen until nearly one hour after our scheduled appointment despite coming in early for check in, the exam room seemed to be disheveled and covered in hair, and I felt that all of the staff that I interacted with were incredibly rude and condescending in their communications with me. If I could see Dr. Weystrach every time I came to ZippiVet, I probably wouldn't be switching vets. For me, this is one of the problems - you pretty much see a different vet every time you go in. I do want to point out that several of the techs at ZV are very caring and helpful. My cat Jimi started peeing everywhere shortly after one of my other cats died. I took him in and requested that they check him for a UTI, as well as taking a look at a bump on his tail. Ruled out the UTI, and we scheduled surgery for removal of the bump. So far, so good, even if we're looking at $2k. Things started to go south when I brought him in for his post-surgery re-check. They were like yeah, he's great, see ya. I said, "No, the whole reason I brought him here in the first place is the peeing. He's still peeing." Dr. Ralston came in, looked at his history and said it was probably behavioral since there was no UTI. She mentioned running a culture and I told her I was having a cat behaviorist come out - and if that didn't help I'd be back for the culture. The behaviorist had several helpful suggestions, but the peeing persisted. I took him back and the vet said she thought it was interstitial cystitis, and prescribed him meds. I had to have ANOTHER urinalysis done, even though I said no - when I brought him in initially we did that, he doesn't have one. The vet tech couldn't find a record of the urinalysis and acted like I was stupid for insisting he'd had one when I brought him in specifically to make sure he didn't have a UTI 2 months ago. I expressly requested that he be prescribed Prozac, but was told we should rule out physical causes. Instead I had to buy 2 other meds and some special prescription cat food that is outrageously expensive. A couple days into giving Jimi the meds, I called and asked how long it should take for them to work if they were going to. The recommendation was to double his dose. A few more days went by. We had a particularly bad night this past Friday, so I took him back in - this is just one week after the cystitis "diagnosis." I was at the end of my rope and so was Jimi. I was told he needed another $400 worth of tests, which ended up being nearly $500 because he was so stressed they had to sedate him to draw blood. Again I asked about Prozac - it was never brought up by anyone at the clinic. So now nearly $3000 and 3 months later, his labs are fine and he has a Prozac prescription. If I hadn't asked for one, I doubt it would have been offered. Instead he had to take - and I had to pay for - a bunch of unnecessary meds for a condition he didn't even have. I'll never go back. The only reason I went yesterday is that they are open weekends, they take walk-ins, and I'm crazy busy. I'm having Jimi's records sent elsewhere and will sacrifice the convenience of being able to go to the vet Saturdays and Sundays for consistent care. It's a shame, really, but I refuse to put him through any more of this. So to sum it up - if you can ensure you see Dr. W every time, go. If not, be prepared to take whatever vet is in rotation. I've seen at least 5 different ones in the past 11 months. read more

ZippiVet's staff was kind and extremely conscientious in their application of care toward our newly-adopted cat, who wasn't eating on her own. The veterinary technician assigned to our care was Terrance, and he was great - friendly, personable, and offered his insights to help us with the post-care. Dr. Allen was thorough, yet conservative in her application of a treatment plan, which we greatly appreciated. She even gave our kitty a massage, which the kitty enjoyed greatly. Booking online was easy, we were greeted within 1 minute, the intake process was streamlined, and every staff member we encountered acted like our pet was their only concern in the world while we were there. We even received a call to check on our kitty's status the next day. What's not to like? I'll be using them for our veterinary services from now on. Thank you, ZippiVet team! Nice staff, but they forgot about me and my dog in the examination room. They asked me to wait for 10 minutes for a lab result, but we ended up waiting for an hour because they forgot we were still waiting. I had to cancel a prior engagement due to the delay.
