This was so fun! It's a little out of the way in Laplace, but well worth the drive. This would be fun for people of all ages ranges! Great for both tourists and locals alike. There's 5 ziplines included in the course and the whole thing lasts about an hour (depends on how many people are in your group because you don't start the next line until everyone in your group finishes) I think some people are intimidated at first, but for me, the scariest thing was climbing the first set of stairs. It's a metal spiral staircase that brings you up 65 feet in the air. It's narrow, requires single file, a little rickety, but it's just a set of stairs at the end of the day. Once people take the plunge and do the first zipline, I think they get over any fears quickly! All of the ziplines are smooth and stable. The guides were fantastic. So nice, so professional, and they even teach you how to do little tricks (hands free and lying down into the harness, upside down like Spider-Man, and swinging). It's just a lot of fun!! Also, I was impressed with the protocols put in place. Everything was thorough, and our guides always made sure everyone was 100% safe. No chance of accidents here. You are tethered at all times. My only complaint is that it's a bit expensive at $90 per person, but it's seriously fun, and there's not much like it in our area! I only wish the course was longer! I could have been on those ziplines all day! Oh, and it would be fun if they added a ropes course too! read more

I was on a drive back to Arkansas and saw this opportunity. Hint - the app said the next opening was at 2 I called and they fit me in to the 12:30. The tour was fun and prepare for some stair climbing. They are very safety conscious and friendly. Great first experience for ziplining! read more

This was such a fun activity to do if you're in New Orleans. I'm scared of heights but his honestly was not bad at all! Our guides Courtney, Jenna, and Tiffany explained everything to us very well and made sure we all felt safe. I did multiple tricks on each line and was excited to take something off the bucket list. We all got to see a couple baby crocs while we were zipping which was cool to see. Definitely would come back and recommend to all that visit. read more

Want to do something a little crazy in Nola? Go here! My fam and I zip lined over swamps (and alligators), and then kayaked through the same swamp (alligators included). We also saw owls, beautiful birds, frogs, and a really unique view of the bayou. It was a bit terrifying at times, especially when your kids are in a kayak paddling a foot away from alligators (yikes) but so much fun and one of the highlights of our trip. We felt safe the entire time and just loved the guides. Definitely worth the drive! 10 out of 10! read more

My best friend and I had the absolute best time ziplining in New Orleans! Flying over the alligator waters was such a crazy and unforgettable experience, it was thrilling, beautiful, and honestly just so much fun. The views of the swamp were incredible, the first jump is definitely the scariest but after that it's a breeze, the whole adventure felt safe and well organized from start to finish. Our guides, Tiffany and DJ, truly made the experience. They were hilarious, super encouraging, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited the whole time. You can tell they love what they do, and their energy made the trip even better. If you're looking for something fun and unique to do in New Orleans, I 100% recommend this zipline tour. I would do it again in a heartbeat! read more

I had such a great time at zipnola first time and we would definitely come again, The guides were great and the experience was 10/10

After taking a boat tour with nearby Cajun Pride, we popped over to Zip NOLA and booked a 3:30 tour. It's just under $100 per person, but worth the 45-60 minutes of fun. Cheyann and Joel were excellent guides- fun, easy going, knowledgeable. Their confidence rubs off on their guests. The course itself is entirely over one of the country's most haunted swamps. (They'll tell you the story why on the tour.) There are five runs and the guides teach you a trick on each one, including a trust fall and going upside down. Each platform is very safe and there's water on two of them. The main center has a baby alligator, clean restrooms, and outlets to recharge your phone. read more

ZipNOLA was a fantastic experience. I was debating which swamp tour to book, but my youngest suggested the zip-line tour, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The course includes five zip lines, a suspension bridge, and elevated platforms high above the swamp. We spotted some wildlife, including an alligator, though the main focus is definitely the zip lining itself. We even learned a few fun tricks, like going upside down in a Spiderman pose. Our guides, Tiffany and Airie, were excellent: skilled, engaging, and great with guests of all experience levels. read more

10/10 amazing experience! Our guides were great! (I think their names were Gio and Joel) Really fun! They were very encouraging and did not rush us. They made us feel very comfortable. I was super nervous for the first jump and then after that, it got easier and easier. The group that we were with were also super nice and everyone really clapped for one another. If you have the opportunity to go, you will have the best time ever. I can't wait to come back when I'm in New Orleans again. read more

What a fun experience! Came through with a few friends while visiting New Orleans for a Sunday fun day. For $89 a person you get to do 4 zip lines around the swamps, with two guides and a group of folks. At the end you even get to feed some of the alligators, Richard and Queen. The staff runs like a well oiled machine, quick, efficient and friendly. What I loved is I saw a sign that these gators were recused from euthanasia and kept in a natural habitat. The only trouble we had was finding a way out there with no rental car. We were lucky our Uber driver waited for us and took us back to the city. Definitely a fun experience zipping over the gators! Would recommend as a family fun activity. read more

I had a blast!! My guides Megan & Christina were awesome! Not only were they knowledgeable, they were also funny. They were very informative about the area, and provided some interesting facts about New Orleans. Zip Nola is actually new and just opened 2 weeks ago. I was skeptical about going for that reason alone just because I felt like it hasn't been tried and tested enough for my comfort level, but I took my chances and went anyway. It's a very nice facility. The staff was fun, friendly, and professional. I've zip lined all over the world, but I was nervous knowing that they just opened 2 weeks ago, but overall I felt safe. They provide transportation/pickup services from most hotels in the downtown New Orleans area so don't hesitate to book this if you're feeling adventurous. They provide free lockers to lock up your stuff if you need to. They also have prizes at the end if you leave reviews on yelp, Facebook, Google, and/or TripAdvisor. The more reviews, the better the prize. 3 or more reviews you get a Tshirt. Because they just opened, they don't provide any photo or video packages like most zip line excursions, but you can bring your phone to capture the experience. You zip down 5 times and climb 2 suspension bridges. It's the only way to get down so you have no choice but to complete the obstacle course. If you're feeling adventurous, this is definitely the adventure you want. read more

Matt and Cheyenne were the absolute best. I've been zip lining over 5 times but the last time I went was almost 4 years ago so I was a little nervous. After the first line the nervousness went away and I was ready to have some fun. Matt and Cheyenne were so funny and made the experience so fun. The only thing is if you Lyfe or Uber there make sure that you arrange with your driver to see if they can take you back to your hotel. My husband and I didn't realized that it would be so hard to find a ride back to the city. Thankfully a taxi was able to save our butts. read more

My family and I had a great time at Zip NOLA. We even met new friend tourists. Zip NOLA is New Orleans area FIRST & ONLY swamp zipline. There are educated local guides to teach you on the ecology and wildlife of the swamp, as well as the rich history, voodoo queen, and folklore of Frenier! Pace yourself it's 1 hour and 30 minutes long, consisting of 5 ziplines, 2 suspension bridges, and a sprial tree staircase! I was very very disappointed that my group had to be separated due to one member of our party because only 10 pounds over the weight limit. They offered a refund just for him but that meant that we couldn't all have an awesome experience together. When I approached the manager he gave me a lousy excuse for why we couldn't all get a refund and leave. I am not satisfied at all and wish that this place could have worked with us instead of excluding someone. This place is not accepting of all types of people and lack the proper equipment for everyone to be able to go zip lining. If I could leave zero stars I would because our tour guide was rude and rushing us the whole time too!! read more

Zip Nola is a good time and our guides Chloe and Chico made it even better. I would highly recommend if you're looking for something fun to do and just want to be outdoors and get away from Bourbon St. You zip line across 5 lines above swamp and if you're lucky you'll get to see a couple gators on your adventure. We were a group of 10 and it took us a little over an hour to complete. read more
