If you're in the need for an out of the way experience and want to stay at a unique place, look no further. Zion Glamping Adventures is AMAZING! They have everything you need to settle in, get out and relax. Tents: spacious and comfortable with either 1 or 2 queens. Singles have a couch. Each comes with AC/heat, towels, super comfy bed. Sites: include a fire pit, charcoal grill, chairs and a picnic table. Grounds: you have access to outside showers or inside, yard games, many BBQ grills, a community fridge, hammock, and a handful of activies (for fee) to get you out on a local adventure. Coming soon: pool, steam room, game room Overall: we only stayed 1 night but the staff was super helpful, attainable by phone, text or in person, and everything was clean and well maintained. You get to choose your accommodations when you arrive based off whats available.

We stayed at Zion Glamping adventures over the xmas holidays and while it was freezing and windy outside, the tents had great heating and comfortable beds. The staff are super welcoming and lovely and we had a great time. We brought the dogs and they were able to stay in the tent or hang out outside no problem. The sunsets there are really beautiful as well as the sunrise. Location wise, its not far from Zion and Kanab (about 45min to an hour) so lots to do around the area! there are even local hikes with waterfalls nearby. Each tent had its own campfire area and a picnic bench and outdoor chairs. I would make sure to bring a few extra lanterns if you're planning to cook. Bathroom wise, there were two wet room shower/bathrooms that were indoor. They were clean most of the time however at night some people seemed to shower with their muddy shoes on so the entire bathroom got muddy which was not nice. not sure how they can improve that (maybe wooden slats on top of the tile in the shower for no shoes? Honestly that was the only thing. otherwise it was great. They are planning to add more to the campsite so I can't wait to go back once the pool and spa are done.

This place was so cool. The views are great especially at night. Of course taking a picture at night wouldn't do it justice especially on my phone but trust, the twinkling of the campsites lights at night were magical. We picked a tent on the top so we had a little bit of a hike but after the first 3 times I got super used to it and adjusted to the altitude just fine. If you forget something they probably have it there. Theres a community fridge/ pantry, freshly made coffee daily with all the goodies to add, community bon fire with the host Marcel who brings stuff for smores. Theres several bbqs and each campsite has a small one if you dont feel like being in the common area. We had fun down there though. Played a game of corn hole and another guest, the homie from Long Beach came through with all the snacks. Thanks friend! 100% would come back! I want to stay a week next time and try out the outdoor showers. They have private indoor showers too. Bathrooms were clean. Omg I forgot the best part, Rocky, Marcels dog was the sweetest boy ever. He would stop and turn to wait for me when coming down the hill. I love him! There a campsites pig, wilbert. Love him too!

Such a unique experience! Don't be fooled though, even though you are "Glamping", you are still camping! So prepare accordingly. The canvas tent was beautifully set up, with a queen size bed, a futon bed, 2 chairs and a table. We were provided two extra blankets, and 2 towels. All of the tents are spaced out nicely, and have numbers in front of them to distinguish which tent is yours. Outside of each tent, was a table and two benches, two chairs by the fire pit, and a small charcoal grill. You have the ability to buy bundles of wood right there on the property, but make sure you bring charcoal, matches, lighter fluid, etc. Fred was our host, and met us upon our arrival. He texted us ahead of time, and asked for our estimated arrival time, we were also asked to call when we were close. Downside: our phones were not really working, so the calling was difficult to do, but we were finally able to get a text message through. When we went there, the bathroom situation was portable restrooms, and you would use shower bags for showers. It did look as though they were in the process of building a shower/bathroom area, which I could see being helpful. The views you get at any time of the day are amazing. It is such a pretty area and so quiet. The road to get here is a little rough, very much a red dirt road. But overall we had a great experience. Bottom line, come prepared to camp, and you should make it through with a great time too. Things like: the charcoal, lighter fluid, matches helped. A flashlight and bug spray are a must! In addition, a cheap pan or pot, some dollar store tongs, knifes, cutting board, grab some foil, ziplock bags, hand sanitizer, etc.. Oh a bag of facial wipes helped so much out here for lots of different things.

Camp area, water canyon hike

Just spent three nights at Zion glamping adventures with our family and had a blast! We were greeted by the fabulous Ryan who was our host for most of the trip. Got escorted to two separate tents that I chose up on a perch. Probably should've thought about that before I chose one that required quite a hike up the hill! But it was absolutely beautiful. Every morning they had hot coffee and pancakes with all the fixings. And we were pleasantly surprised that their communal kitchen area had utensils, plasticware, and pretty much anything that anyone left in the refrigerator you could have. And hindsight, we probably more than we needed to. In fact, there's a great grocery store just 10 minutes away from the campsite so for those traveling, I would suggest get there first and then decide what you wanna do with regards to food. it is in the middle of the desert so you have tons of water! We did their adventure package so that included a sunset wagon tour the first night, sunset buggy tour, the second night, and the water canyon hike on the final day. Absolutely loved all of it! We spent a couple of days in Zion and did their most famous hikes. And most of us would agree that the water Canyon hike was the most beautiful of all. And literally just around the corner from the campsite. I very much look forward to coming back again to Zion adventure. it was a very memorable vacation for our entire family.

Campfire

We had a great time at Zion Glamping Adventures. Our tent had 2 comfortable queen size beds (clean tent & clean bedding). Clean restrooms and showers. Super friendly and helpful employees. Walking trails, mountain yoga, and wagon rides. This is the best way to experience the beautiful outdoors.

What an amazing experience, our kids had so much fun and really enjoyed every second of "camping"! Bathrooms are well maintained and clean, hot showers are a plus after a long day hiking. Awesome location close proximity to Zion national park, coral pink sand dune state parks, Grand Canyon. Stargazing at night was very beautiful. Thank you to our host Marcel. He made sure we had everything we needed, felt very welcomed. Our kids enjoyed the pancakes he made every morning also all visits from Rocky the pup! Can't wait until our next visit!

Waking up to the beautiful view is hard to beat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! We were greeted by Marcel, who gave us a tour of the property. We were shown our super cozy tent that had a heater. The bed was so comfy. We felt so snuggled in. The tend is decorated really cute and it's impeccable. There is a great area to gather and meet other travelers. There was corn hole, tether ball and you can learn to lasso. Really nice bathrooms and showers. In the morning you can look forward to hot coffee and the best pancakes you will ever eat. We are so glad we found this place! We can't wait to come back. Thanks Marcel for everything!

If You Like Camping, You're Going to Love This! Everything is All Set Up for You. Beautiful, Large, Spotless Tents. Clean Restrooms and Showers. Hot Coffee and Pancake Breakfast Prepared By Marcell Each Morning. S'Mores Around a Campfire (That THEY BUILD!) Each Night. We Stayed in Tent Site #6 and Had a PotBelly Pig Named Wilber in our Front Yard. He Was a Fun Alarm Clock in the AM when He Was Ready for His Breakfast. On Our Last Night There the Small Pony Nearby Gave Birth to a New Little Filly. SO Exciting. Highly Recommend for FUN and the Views of Water Canyon in the AM and PM are Second to None! Thank You so much for a Fabulous Time.

This is such an amazing place to stay! The tents are beautiful and huge! The heater works great and even with temps dipping into the 30s at night, I was nice and toasty. Marcel was so nice and came up to check in on the guests each day. Tents and bathrooms are kept very clean. They make fresh coffee for you every morning. The views are incredible. I hope I get the chance to stay here again. And they are dog friendly too!

We drove in from Salt Lake City after work on a Friday so we weren't entirely sure what time we'd arrive. They were super flexible in letting us text when we were 30 minutes away to give them a heads up. We arrived & were greeted by a friendly guy who gave us the details of the campground, our tents, and the area--he even offered to build us a fire! Next morning as I was wiping the sleep from my eyes on my way to the shower, I was greeted by a really nice man that worked for the company and was staying in a tent on the grounds. Just one of those sorts of coils where you can sense good energy and super welcoming Next day we took a really fun ride on the side-by-sides with Shem and we couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Lots of local information & insights, and it felt good know our driver knew the canyons like the back of his hand since he'd grown up there. Even his adorable little one joined us, Hudson, and was super well-behaved. He pointed out a local creamery shop on the drive and we stopped to get fresh frozen yogurt and squeaky cheese curds. Shem dropped us off at the camp site and we still had some energy so drove up to the water canyon to hike for a few hours. Definitely recommend getting all the way back in the valley because the water coming from the rock with all the foliage growing is gorgeous and worth the sore calves the next day. Just all-around such a nice experience! Definitely recommend!

WARNING: Do Not Be Misled - Avoid Zion View Camping in Hildale, Utah at All Costs…read more I feel obligated to share this review to protect other travelers from making the same regrettable mistake I did. Zion View Camping is a dangerously misrepresented and poorly managed location that should be avoided by anyone who values safety, cleanliness, and basic decency. #1 - Misleading Name Despite the name, this site is not near Zion National Park. It is a full hour away by car. This alone is deeply misleading and deceptive advertising. #2 - Dangerous Access Road The road leading to the campground is an unmaintained sand and dirt track. Worse still, it requires crossing a river - something most standard vehicles and travelers are unprepared for. It's unsafe and completely unacceptable. #3 - No On-Site Staff or Guidance There was no one at the location to greet us or assist with check-in. We received vague instructions via text and found several other confused guests wandering the grounds, unsure of where to go or what to do. #4 - Neglected Grounds and Unhygienic Conditions The entire area appears abandoned and unkept. A large, broken-down RV sits like a haunted monument in the middle of the grounds - eerie, depressing, and a clear indication of neglect. We stayed in a "wagon" where the bedding was dirty and the floor was filthy. #5 - Nothing Worked The lights, the heater, the barbecue - all of it was broken, rusted, or too old to be functional. Everything felt like a thrift store discard, and nothing was clean or safe to use. #6 - Serious Fire and Carbon Monoxide Hazards The outdated propane heaters pose a severe fire risk, especially with high winds and embers flying from nearby fires. There are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. This is an extremely dangerous situation. Guests are literally gambling with their lives. #7 - No Heat, No Help, and No Safety After trying multiple heaters that failed to work, a young, untrained staff member finally showed up but was also unable to fix the issue. We were freezing cold, exhausted, and entirely disillusioned with the integrity of the operation. We packed up and booked a hotel in St. George that same night. We feared for our safety. #8 - Traumatizing Shower Conditions After hiking all day, we were desperate for a hot shower. What we found was horrifying: shared facilities that were dirty, decrepit, and traumatic. The towels provided were old, stained, and smelled terrible. I honestly believe a prison shower would have been a step up. #9 - Safety Hazards at Every Turn Even the most basic safety elements are neglected. The solar lights (cheap Home Depot models) installed to illuminate the steps do not function. Walking around in the dark was dangerous and yet another sign of the owner's disregard for guest safety. #10 - A Deceptive, Unsafe, and Disturbing Location This is not a tranquil camping experience. It is located in a rundown area beside a goat pen, where the noise and odor are constant. The surrounding neighborhood is deeply unsettling, rumored to be home to polygamous sects long in conflict with the law. The overall vibe is not just uncomfortable - it's unsafe. To make matters worse, the owner, Charles, offered me a refund on the condition that I would not post a negative review. That tells you everything you need to know about his character and the dishonesty behind this business. Conclusion: Zion View Camping is a dangerous, filthy, and misleading scam. It is not worth your money - and certainly not worth risking your life over. There are far better, safer, and more honest accommodations much closer to Zion National Park. Save yourself the regret, discomfort, and danger. Avoid this scam!
