The leak must have taken 10 hours to fix over 2 days but he did it. I decided to have them replace my angle stops and when they touched my old galvanized steel it crumbled in their hand. So we had to replace ALL the pipes. Luis was fabulous to work with. A gentleman and man of his word. Lucas and a couple of other guys, I WISH I could remember their names, were also very professional and competent. I would use them again in a heartbeat....but I hope I don't have to.

My husband had ti take off work and I had to leave work early because my husband had an appointment. A technician came out with an apprentice. The AC never actually turned on and they had to come out the next day because things outside weren't properly installed. The following Monday (exactly 1 week later), we woke up and the AC wasn't working again. Monday was also Labor Day so naturally, it took my husband 9 calls to get in contact with someone even though this company claims to be 24/7. The issue was, the thermostat wasn't properly installed which turned the whole system off. They didn't have another thermostat to give us, so they took reinstalled our old ones which temporarily fixed the issues. Next day, AC wasn't working again. This time it was a draining issue in the attic -my husband went up in the attic and drained it manically. Technician came out, actually broke it more (which we found out the next day) and left. This technician was at my house till 7-8 at night. Next day, AC wasn't working again. Still a drowning issue. My husband continued to manually drain it himself and took a video of the broke piping that wasn't previously broken. No technicians can come out till the following day. Thursday now, I leave work early for the technicians that are supposed to come 12-2... guess what, no one does. 2:15, I call for an update, 3:30 I call for an update. Technician finally shows up at about 530 -so again, I had to take off of work for no reason. Technician comes out, my husband shows him the video and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So I waited all day for absolutely nothing. Technicians are supposed to come back out today so we'll see if this finally gets resolved. I'm not hopeful. Update: Company never called me to notify me when someone was going to come out like they said they would which annoying. When the technician came out, he had the correct fittings for the piping but he forgot a thermostat so he had to go get one at their store so that added another hour. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice. But that doesn't actually fix my AC. I feel completely ripped off. They replaced my whole system, just for it to take like 4-5 other visits to work . It feels like they're stealing our money. They never even give us the courtesy of calling to let us know when someone will be at the house if they're running late -they just expect us to be able to wait all day. Terrible customer service. Me and my husband are both active duty military so luckily we don't lose any money when we need to leave work early for these things but guess what? A lot of people do lose their income when they aren't actually at work. This company seems to have no sense urgency or caring of others to actually prioritize them and their time At this point, I want/expect a conversation with an owner or manager. I requested that one the phone and the woman said she'd forward me call to someone.. still haven't gotten anything from anyone. It's like they don't actually care. I'd like to know the average amount of apts it typically takes to install someones AC correctly and if it's always so many. I'd also like a discount because all of the issues we've run into have been absolutely ridiculous.

With their camera, they were able to see the problems and also clearly explain to us what needed to be done. John, Luciano, and Colton opened up our root-filled pipes, replaced a broken section of pipe, and epoxy-coated pipes inside and outside the house. This all was done faster than expected and came with a 15-year warranty. It was necessary to dig up a portion of the driveway to reach the broken pipe, and Rooter Ranger let us know in advance that they were not able to replace the pavers--and of course, did not charge us for that. We appreciated being told this up front, and Colton removed the driveway pavers and stacked them very carefully so that we would be able to replace them after the plumbing work was completed.

Joe, Tanya and John are truly the best and take real pride in their operations. I live in a 1953 home. I had just spent $20k with Rooter Ranger to repipe under the home, yard and reconnect to the sewer (11/2025). My bathroom sink still wouldn't drain. I called RR back out. RR snaked it and "jetted" it and still couldn't clear it, drained but slow. I called them back and turns out this national company went out of business. Crushed doesn't begin to describe it. I spent a small fortune, for me at least, on this and they were out of business. We were using a bowl in the sink and the smell was unpleasant. I began looking online and found My Plumber. They had excellent reviews. I called and they were available immediately to help. John came on time, he was kind and professional. I told him that it was previously snaked with no luck. I told him I didn't want to have to pay for it again because it didn't work. He assured me that he needed to check and if that was the case, it would be credited to new work. Wouldn't you know, John CLEARED IT! It was an old black cap that had perfectly gotten stuck in the pipe. I was so grateful and emotional because I assumed this was going to be another costly bill. He did tell me that the hookup to the pipe was corroding, under the sink. I should replace it before it gave out and caused a larger problem. I said yes, good idea. He did warn me that if they couldn't remove it-because of the age and corrosion-we may need to go behind the wall. I understood. Today owners Joe and Tanya came to take camera footage and replace the corroded hookup under the bathroom sink. Joe was able to get it off and replaced without issue. Another win for my wallet. Tanya showed me the video of the gunk and build up in the pipe and suggested to hydrojet it. I did ask how long the buildup looked like it had been there since I was told by RR they had jetted it. This was years and years of build up, RR did not jet it-should have known. It was black and stinky. After they jetted it, the water quickly swirled right down the drain. I was shocked and so happy. I did ask if repiping was something I needed to worry or prepare for. Joe and Tanya said no, not at this time. There was very little cast iron that came out, I should be good for a long while. Pipes were in better shape than we thought. They packed up, cleaned up and let me know if I had any concerns or if it for some reason the drain got clogged, to reach out and they would take care of it. Sigh of relief. These are highly trained and educated plumbers, with a family business that will be around for a long time. They truly care about their work and customers. I would recommend My Plumber to my family, friends and complete strangers. Thank you again to Joe, Tanya and John! Your thoroughness, knowledge and integrity saved me money and gave me peace of mind.

Very professional, courteous, mindful, and very cautious while working. Some of my repairs were pretty straight forward, but the seized valve required a lot of work. I was very appreciative of how Jacob minimized the amount of wall that needed to be cut and placed back so that I can take care of the work for patching.
