I was wandering around Brighton during the first Denver Broncos game of the season and randomly thought, "Let's try this brewery today." That little decision turned into one hell of a find. Something Brewery has that laid~back, industrial taproom vibe that immediately makes you want to pull up a stool and stay awhile. The beer lineup gave me plenty to explore, but honestly, the people are what sealed the deal. John behind the bar was absolutely crushing it~friendly, energetic, welcoming, and exactly the kind of beertender who makes a first~time visitor feel like a regular. Everyone around the place had that same welcoming energy. And then there's the arcade room. Yeah... this place understands the assignment. You can battle it out over live~action Battleship for a chance to win a FREE ROUND, grab crowlers, enjoy the on-site wood-fired pizza, and apparently make a whole afternoon/evening out of it. They also rotate local food trucks on weekends, and the BYO~food policy means you can grab something from nearby and bring it in.
