Moved here from Orange County 2 years ago & I hadn't been able to find a good eyebrow place. The one by my house kept messing them up. I had to grow my eyebrows out for 3 months. I was more than happy with this place they shaped my eyebrows for me & they look so good. read more

Don't EVER go here! This lady jacked my eyebrows all the way up. She was rushing AND she had an attitude. I tried a new place because it was last minute but NEVER AGAIN! read more

My eyebrows are not the same shape. Sad truth is my left one is longer than my right eyebrow and the left one is blotchy. Usually I remove a couple hairs that make my left eye brow blotchy from my visits because they seem to always leave a few hairs on my left but my left is so thin with gaps so deep I can't just remove a few hairs. And my right is so short I can't thin out the thick side. Amy is the best one here but I haven't seen her and I don't know if she still works there. But this is the 2nd and last really bad experience. The first time this happened I let it go. But this is the worst they've ever left me. I'm not coming back. They used to do pretty well but now they don't. read more

No, just dont even consider going here. I went in for a henna tattoo and OH MY GOD. like i cant even express how shitty it was thats why ima post pictures. I didnt know if i wanted to cry or laugh my ass off, i went in and asked if they did henna, she said yes, i pick the easiest one i swear and its 15 bucks. From beginning to end it was just horrible. Ive had henna done before and what i hated was that she said, "when it dries itll look like the picture" i dead ass looked at her and was like ok... then, another lady comes in and sge finishes up all fast like dude, she rushed. And went to help the other lady and she tells me, you can sit here for a little bit and wait for it to dry, so i build the courage to tell her that i honestly didnt like it, and that i wouldnt pay for it.all she said was ok you can leave. I got up and left. Thats what i get. i washed it off real quick. It still looks ugly. read more

I haven't gotten my eyebrows done yet but I've been sitting here for the past 5 minutes while the lady in here has been on her phone. That is unacceptable in any workplace and I am very annoyed and impatient. I'm sure my eyebrows will come out nice but this doesn't deserve a tip. People have things to do, and I'm one of them. read more

Got my eyebrow threaded for the first time here yesterday. It hurt! But overall good service and judgement. But she might ask you to leave a tip...Haha Paid 10$, 8 for the service , 2 for the tip read more

I just walked in put my name, grabbed a tissue to wipe my eyebrows & this rude worker, like yelled at me no no I don't have time for you appointment only until 8:30. I was like oh okay I didn't know, and I left right away. I told her usually when I come people sign in and wait but I guess not you and left. She was so mean. Where are the other 2 nice ladies? read more

DO NOT I REPEAT GO AND GET YOUR BROWS DONE ON A MONDAY! This messed up my eyebrows so bad , she literally thinned them out so bad and was very aggressive throughout the whole process!!! I am very upset!! read more

Sunday I went to this place to get my eyebrows done and the only lady working got me so upset. I walked in and there was 3 girls waiting so I sat down thinking it would take no more than 20 minutes. Waited for about 45 minutes and after she was done with everyone else she legit told me she was going to take a break because her bank close in 5 minutes. Mind you I'm the only customer left in the store and I waited for 45 minutes already! Violet is the only reason why I went and she wasn't there that day. Went right down the hall to another threading place at the mall and they did my eyebrows within 2 minutes and it was well done. Horrible customer service ! read more

Been coming here regularly for a long time now. Shapla is my girl! I always call ahead and make sure she is there because she REALLY knows what she is doing. My shape is always perfect and clean. read more

I am really enjoying every experience with this shop and the ladies working there! They provide excellent service, are polite, kind and happy. One customer came in who was EXTREMELY RUDE and the lady handled the problem professionally. Fantastic business!!!!!! read more

If I could give this place half a star I would. I waited about 20 minutes there was only one lady there. After about 15 minutes another girl walked in to get her eyebrows done too, when the lady was finally done with her last customer she doubted that I was there first and wanted to take the other girl first. When she finally excepted that I was first she went to work on my eyebrows and completely messed up my eyebrows so badly it's the worst I've ever gotten done. If you don't know how to do your job don't do it at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here read more

Zia Threading - It's not even clean lineage there's nothing good about this - Threading Services Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I desperately needed my eyebrows done, and reviews on Yelp were not convincing me for either this place or the other eyebrow location inside the mall. It's a hit or miss when looking for a good person to thread eyebrows unless recommended . After walking back and forth I decided to go with Zia Threatening other than the kiosk. There was only one person working, wait was about 5 minutes.(I went on a Wednesday after 5pm) service was great I asked for only a clean no shape and that's exactly what I got. I'll definitely be back. If I'm correct I believe Shala or Shada was her name. read more

I've been coming to zia for a few years now and chapla is the best! She takes her time with her work and makes sure that you leave looking great. She does no thread the eyebrows too thin and listens to what you want. read more

The best threading place that I've been to ! This is my second time coming and BOTH times they listened to exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and they came out so good. I've been to other places where they don't care but this place is great. Both times customer service has been great. I recommend going to lily she's so good and such a a sweetheart! read more

Terrible quality. Left my eyebrows way too thin and uneven. Now I'll have to hide it with makeup for the next two or three weeks until my eyebrows grow back. Never going back. read more

Only 3 of the 4 lady's know what there doing the 4th one is very rude and takes forever she worked today from opening . Came in at 11 she said I'll be 30 minutes said okay was going to write our names down she said "no no no it'll be 30 minutes" very rudely came back 10-15 minutes after we're just about to sit down and wait the other 15 minutes in there but again she said "no it'll be 30 minutes" I said it's been 10-15 minutes already she's then said it'll be 20-25 minutes when I asked for her name she refused to give it then said someone else will be in at 2:30 she was still working on the same person when we originally came In nobody else was there. Don't know her name but she usually works on the back chair right side ,older looking , glasses thin . Would put her name but again she refused to give it . It's 12:35 she's still working on the same person read more

If I could give zero stars I would! My friends and I came in and we decided not to go with our regular brow tech because we were in a pinch. We stumbled upon this place and the lady was rude, practically was yelling at me as she gave me directions, constantly made me feel degraded and hit my face practically with the cotton ball. Horrible service ! Do not go here read more

I had a very bad experience here. I was open minded and have never had a problem with my eyebrows until I came here. The lady hurt my eyelid very bad, she made my left eyelid bleed because it got caught between the strings after pinching me several times. I told her I was very sorry but that I didn't like it and I still had so much hair on my bottom brow area, and she had hurt me really bad. She just started yelling "get out! Get out!" And I told her I was sorry and I wasn't trying to be mean but she just didn't do a good job. I was not being unfair and I will not come here again because of the way she treated me and the situation. I recommend going anywhere else or the REAL ZIBA Beauty (Yes, I'm taking a stab at the fact that they totally stole ZIBA name by just dropping the B) at the end, bad service, bad customer service. I do not recommend. read more

The threader was a woman of few words. I told her I wanted an arch and she went to work. She spent a little over five minutes and voila, I was a new woman. I laughed when she said to me 'There you go, the ugly eyebrows are gone now.' She gave me a card to have stamped for future visits and we were on our way. Overall a very satisfactory visit. read more

Moved to Redlands recently and my relative referred me to this place. I was pleasantly surprised. $8 for eyebrow threading. She did an awesome job. I was very happy. ..only bad thing she was the only one working so I waited over an hr but I would def go back. read more

Absolutely love my eyebrows every time I have them done here. This is the first place I ever went to get my eyebrows threaded and probably the only place I'll trust to have them done. Kinda hurts at first but you get used to it. Great service calls for a tip every time. read more

I used to go there ALL the time to get my brows done until all of a sudden they started acting real rude! I put up with it until I realised there was an eyebrow place at the other side of the mall. I tried it out and it was waaaaay better than this place but today I decided to give them ONE more chance and so I came in and she was busy so I waited about 20 minutes because the worker was doing someone's brows and I was excited because if she was being precise with him she'll be precise with me too right? wrong! when I sat down she started instantly and I felt like she was rushing it and when she was done she gave me the mirror and all I saw was one thin brow and one thick brow! No one has ever messed up my brows that bad. After leaving with disappointment I asked my sister how long it took and she said about 5 minutes! I'm never coming back again. read more

Not like it used to be before. The only lady working there is cold and rude. Before there used to be two other nice ladies. Now every time we come on business hours she turns us away and says she's busy or is going on break. What doesn't make sense is that she never puts up a sign or closes the door to indicate she is closed. We have come at different times and she still turns us away. Go to the booth that's by windsor and lens crafters. The ladies there are real humble and nice. read more

I didn't know any nice place for eyebrow threading. I was just glad it costs $8. My wife's eyebrows hasn't been done for quite some time. It was clean and it was the 1st time no "hives" or redness after the threading. Satisfied customer! read more

I have been coming here for years but lately it's been straight ridiculous I have came on two different occasions to different months and both times told oh no can u come back I'm taking a break like really then I go back and ask when will the owner be in she asked me why then stated well she works in chino I then told her I have been coming here for years and two different times been turned down for breaks she then looked me dead in the face and said I don't know u never seen you before I told her u have did my eyebrows many times so that tells me because she didn't recognize me she need to take a break so unprofessional I don't appreciate it at all I will not be returning because of this and I am still on the hunt to contact the owner to let her know how things are being done there smh Today Sunday March 31,2019 read more

So like so rude 1st of all! They suck at threading and customer service! I'm a bigger girl and they had to put me in a different chair because the first one made a sound which I didn't mind but they were so rude about it and I got my eyebrows "done" and I start watering in my eye, when I got up she called me a big baby. Like what the fuck! Why would you say that! Ughhh don't go here your eyebrows will be in danger! read more

So this was my first time at Zia Threading and IM IN LOVE . I live about 2 hours away but I just happend to be in town and thought I'd go get my eyebrows cleaned up. This was literally the BEST my eyebrows have ever looked and the BEST they've ever been done. I really wish I got the woman's name who did my brows because I want to go back to her again & im sure she knows who se is . Even if it means driving some distance. HIGHLY recommend ! Can't wait to go back and take my girlfriends to get some bomb eyebrows !! Thank You so much Zia Threading !! read more

the woman that did my eyebrows didn't do them right! she put the blame on my eyebrows being curly so when I got home I still had to pluck a few hairs on each brow. the next day I had scabs near the tailbone of my eyebrow from the way she threaded it! I would have love to take advantage of her coupon she gives out so that the 10th eyebrow threading is free but I will definitely not be going here again! ive been to several places and this has never happened before read more
