I…read morecould be described as one of the individuals that absolutely loathes going to the dentist due to some unfortunate experiences I've had in the past at different offices. Quince Orchard Dental Care has completely changed my outlook on the dentist! Prior to my appt. I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long and had to have some work done, Dr. Lee, Deb, and everyone else at the office made my visit so exceptional I've recommended to my entire family to switch dentist offices. The office is clean but doesn't have that weird sterile smell that makes you sick to your stomach. There are tv's on the ceilings of each patients room, so if you're the kind of person to enjoy watching Ellen while you get your teeth cleaned it's a great feature. The whole team is so helpful, really encouraging, and truly have mastered patient care! If you need a dentist or are looking for an office that makes you feel welcomed and cared for, Quince Orchard Dental Care is for you.

I had a very troubling experience with this dental office and lost trust in the care I received…read more In my experience, treatment was performed on the wrong teeth. I was also told that I would not be charged for certain services, but I was later charged anyway. Even though I had insurance, I received additional charges that I did not expect and felt were not clearly explained beforehand. There were also times when I was not provided paperwork or documentation regarding my treatment and charges when I expected to receive it. Combined with the unexpected billing, this made me seriously question the transparency of their billing practices and services. I also experienced long waits to see the dentist. What concerns me most is the dental care and relied on what I was told about my treatment and costs. Based on my experience, I would strong encourage people to ask for copies of their treatment plans, billing documents, and a written explanation of expected charges and insurance coverage before proceeding with treatment.

He checked in multiple times to make sure I was okay and even took the extra step to show me what the cavity looked like pre and post fill. The office staff was lovely, warm, and welcoming and I look forward to returning.

1/26/2022 Great…read moredentist! Called about a dental emergency on a Saturday and they were able to see me on Monday, to perform an emergency extraction. My dental insurance doesn't cover this doctor but I felt so confident in Dr. Seok that I didn't mind paying out of pocket. While other dentists wanted to do an exam one day then perform the extraction another day, Dr. Seok did everything in one day! He's extremely trust worthy and very sympathetic to his patients' needs. I was in excruciating pain and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and once I got home. I'm following his aftercare instructions very thoroughly, to ensure I heal more efficiently and fast. So far, so good! I'm very grateful and me and my girls see him, for dental care. My last official dentist, before Dr. Seok, turned out to be a scammer and is no longer in practice. I've been scared to go to the dentist, in recent years. Made sure I did my research before finding a new dentist. Dr. Seok deserves all the praise he gets. The office is clean, he's experienced and I feel welcomed. It's a 35-40 minute drive but worth it!

I've been a patient of both Dr. Steven and Dr. Corey for many years. During that time i have gone…read morefrom a patient who needed quite a large amount of work done on a regular basis to a patient who needs minimal work done outside of regular exams, cleanings and x rays. I have 6 and a half crowns and multiple fillings. The results of a botched root canal in college and some less than stellar care of my teeth in my 20's. Dr. Steve and Dr. Corey's goal when I became their patient was to stabilize the rapid decline of my dental health, and then hopefully gain the upper hand. They did that and then some. The doctors are always 100% honest and upfront with me about expectations and results, opting for the minimally invasive procedures first and then resorting to more extensive procedures only when necessary. As far as chair side manner, both doctors are aces! Dr. Corey finds his own jokes extremely funny (as do I) which is funny in its own right, but it also help to alleviate any stress or worry that could be associated with going to the dentist. And the Novocain "wand" that the doctors use to administer numbing medication is fantastic. I never feel any pain during my now infrequent fillings. I like going to see Dr. Steven and Dr. Corey, but I LOVE the fact that I don't have to see them as often as I use to.

I went in for a filling. Dr Choi said it was a bit deeper than originally though, but shouldn't be a problem. Upon getting my numbing sho, my entire cheek swelled up, Dr Choi then asked if I had any allergies or was taking blood thinner. We did the filling, then he said see ya later but you're going to be mad when you see your face. A few days later, I had a huge bruise on my face and still have discomfort almost a month later. Unfortunately I only received one phone call from the office. I did call him a second time and he said that it was a possibility but it should be okay. I feel like there wasn't the level of concern that I was used to.

I ended up not making an appointment after I called and found out that, unlike what their website…read moreappears to claim, they don't actually do sedation dentistry. Why do you have it on your website when you don't actually do it? Why is there no disclaimer that you don't actually do it? That's quite unethical. Additionally, they told me to remove my Google review and then told me that I was never there and therefore I wasn't allowed to review them. That's not how it works people. I tried to make an appointment with you only to find out that your website was misleading customers by making it look like you have dental sedation when you don't. Then you lied about not having it on your website. You do, in fact, have it on your website. Right under the dental anxiety section, and when you click on that link, it literally says at the top of the page. "IMPROVE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH DENTAL SEDATION" That's incredibly misleading. I'd hate to think what your care quality is considering this wasn't up to par and you decided to try to discredit people who point it out. Not my fault you decided to mislead people on your website. You should fix that.
