They quickly sent my delivery appointment confirmation and my wife was waiting at home at the appointed time of 4pm on Friday. I even called and left a voicemail trying to confirm. Well....they never showed up. No calls, no text, no emails. I called, texted and emailed them asking if they were coming and ........ nothing. I reversed the charge on my credit card and now wait (not holding my breath) for any type of reply. After texting them again Monday afternoon, they finally texted me back. I had made an error on the address line and, instead of calling me to clarify, their delivery guy just went home. No effort to track me down.
