During that time, I never received an apology, explanation, or even a simple greeting. What made it even more frustrating was that with five employees standing around and an empty store, no one could even start making my drink. After waiting long enough, I told them I had changed my mind and was leaving. The manager simply smiled and said, "You don't want anything? I just fixed it."
