Church-Wellesley Village, Downtown Core

Had to stop by LevelUp Reality when this one "VR Exhibit" miss it's mark. The staff was all helpful…read moreand friendly. They suggested what types of games to play and how to play it. We had some issues with the set up since they were fairly new and they ended up giving us some extra time. I thought that gesture went a long way. The pricing was not too bad.i thought the experience was really worth the price we paid. The experience really made me feel I was more involved into the game and environment. Their facility was generally well kept and clean. They wiped down the head set after each use, so that was reassuring. Overall, I'll be down to visit and play again if I was in the GTA. Overall: 4 (Rounded) Food: NA Service: 5 Price: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I went to level up reality the other day. The place was a little hard to find and tucked away…read moredownstairs. The staff were very welcoming and nice! They were super helpful and there's a short tutorial. I only tried a few games, one was a bow and arrow game and another was a zombie apocalypse. It was more realistic that I thought it would be.. I had a great time!! It was really cool. The price was reasonable and you pay by the hour. I'd recommend a one hour session bc half an hour is not enough to play and get used to virtual reality. :p Bring a friend and you get a discount! I'd go back to try another game :) Highly recommend it.

Location/service This place is in an industrial area, very…read moreaccessible off the highway. Easy to get to and to find with the signs. Lots of parking available. Inside is one single giant room. So you actually use up the entire space. I like how there's a couch if you have spectators wanting to see you play or take turns between sessions. Staff was very nice, informative and helped set everything up with ease. Experience Was invited to try out so decided to do 2 games that were coop based. Once is with zombies and another with aliens. Both were pretty fun and exciting. I like how you have to move around to experience everything and the graphics were pretty good and realistic. I also like the assistance from the staff to let us know what to do if we are stuck or give us clues so we can move forward. This place also has pvp options and competitive mode that adds more fun to the experience depending on what you like. Worthy to check out!

Our first-ever VR experience and... WHY WAS THIS SO FUN ‍…read more We picked the zombie game and omg...It was too real. Too scary. Too many screams. This game really shows you who's ready to SAVE you... and who's ready to SACRIFICE you immediately for the greater good We had the whole space to ourselves so we were literally running, screaming, and fighting for our lives with ZERO judgment The staff were so sweet. He geared us up, explained everything, AND even helped record our chaotic moments while we were out there "surviving." Wanna stay away from the cold but still want to have fun? Y'all should come here. Group activity? Yes. Date night idea? Even better. Impress your date, your friends, or yourself, and find out how good (or chaotic) you really are lol

I'm super excited that vivid will be expanding soon with a larger space and bar. We found Vivid VR…read moreafter I saw an Instagram ad for the rec room. The rec room locations in Canada had really terrible reviews and we decided to look local. Vivid's website was pretty easy to use and book our appointments, we went with the $30 pp premium for an hour (all the standard games + some others). I suggest coming earlier to get used to the controls, it's a little different. We had so much fun, highly recommended. I do love the free classic arcade games in the front that we can play as we wait. Thoughtful touch. Wish it was located more downtown near all the bars and nightlife, this place would be an even bigger hit. Looking forward to the new developments. I'd def come back again.

Wow!! It was super fun! I have always wanted to try VR gaming. Because of the price of owning on…read moreitself is expensive, this is a great opportunity for people who never experience VR gaming before. I forgot the name of the games that I played, but definitely try the one where you shoot the robots. It was so exciting and a bit scary as the game went on. You had the ability to move around and shoot them. Another game that I played was fighting off the demons. Had a blast killing them!! But the one down side of it was that, we weren't able to move around. Just station at one spot, but it was still fun. I'm probably the worst gamer...not coordinated at all and have a high chance that I will die first. But it was pretty easy to pick up, so I can imagine that anyone like me can have fun too. Before it was our turn, we were waiting on a group of 3 kids. Anyone could see their excitement in playing the game. It's perfect for all ages, and another way for parents to bond with the children. The customer service was great! I believe his name was Ken... Could be wrong. But he was super helpful for us beginners.
