Public Skate 7:30 - 9pm Adult Skate 9:15 - 10:45pm The two skate times are in two different arenas but considering the combination, a three-hour skate is more than satisfying. The cost of such a facility is the popularity, too much of a crowd during Public Skate althought Adult Skate is more than comfortable but the Adult Skate doesn't have boards for those beginner Adults. Luckily, someone who worked there noticed and took us to some fantastic seats where my kids could actually enjoy the game. We didn't let that ruin our experience, and TFC tied the game 3-3 in the 90th, even being a man down. Electric atmosphere, even during a "not so great" season.

But, put it back so you don't just have water splashing onto the floor by those not expecting that. The one thing that you want to pay attention to is the side you sit on. If there's an afternoon game, and you're on the east side... well, the sun sets in the west, so that sun is directly on you. And it gets hot. Very very hot. Also, make sure you have a clear bag if you want to take anything in... It's not the worst stadium, and when you're in your seats it looks great, but it doesn't have a lot to offer.

inside of the battle arts academy school lies an arena, a very small and intimate arena, for some…read moreof the best independent wrestling in the nation of Canada. the don kolov arena is home to the destiny wrestling promotion, as well as impact wrestling when they do TV taping in Canada. destiny does their best to run shows on a bi-monthly basis, and you can come here to see the next up and coming wrestlers and pound for pound the best in the industry. the staff here are great, the most polarizing figure is "iceman" he is extremely personable and thanks me every time i come out for a show which is a nice touch. lots of parking available here, but with the shows being sell outs on a consistent basis, it would be wise to get here early, about 30 minutes would be good from a parking standpoint and also a line up standpoint. will definately be back :)

It's the only restaurant at this sports complex that operates separately from the concessions stands at the complex itself. This sports centre is Canada's largest municipally owned and operated recreation facility. It's huge, as it houses six arenas. Many hockey teams are here to practise and play, including the Whitby Wildcats. It also has two indoor pools. BarDown Gastropub is great if you want to grab a bite to eat before or after a game. Our group wasn't here for sports, so it works for lunch and dinner. The food is excellent. It also houses the largest screen in Whitby to see the latest sports games. Since the City of Whitby owns this property, it has a contract with Pepsi. You get Pepsi products at concession stands, vending machines, and BarDown Gastropub. There are banquet and meeting rooms that you can rent. It also has a pro shop to get your skates sharpened and athletic training facilities. When it's warmer outside, this place has six tennis courts, five baseball diamonds, and a soccer field open. It's huge here. There is lots of parking. It's free. I was here with friends on a Sunday afternoon. This sports complex is open every day from 8:30 am till roughly 8:30 pm. If you have a water bottle, you can fill it up at the water bottle fill-up station. It was nice checking this place out briefly. It's cool and a valuable asset to Whitby and beyond. (79)

The arena itself is right in the heart of downtown, so the whole area around it already feels super alive before you even walk in. There's people everywhere, jerseys, food spots nearby, and just that pre-game energy that makes it so fun. Inside, it was packed but in a good way, like full energy, loud, exciting, everyone already hyped before tip-off. I had seats in the 300 level and honestly I don't even think that's a bad thing at all. The view from up there is actually really solid, you can see the whole court properly and the energy from the crowd feels even more spread out and intense. Service-wise, everything was pretty organized. It was busy, so lines and movement around the concourse can get a bit crowded at times, but nothing unexpected for a Raptors game night. Once you're settled in your seat though, it's smooth and you can just focus on the game. Overall, I'd 100% recommend going at least once if you're in Toronto. It's not just about basketball, it's the full experience: the crowd, the energy, the location, and just being part of that atmosphere. Even from the 300s, it still feels like a really good seat. Definitely one of those experiences that's way more fun in person than on TV.

The concert was technically my 1st time visiting for a large event like this. I personally wouldn't really count the time I had an UNB* admission session at Rogers Centre in high school. Entering was pretty easy and lines won't that long, granted I entered when the 1st of 3 opening acts was on stage. There are tons of merch and food booths. For merch, go to one of the smaller merch booths not located byside the gates because the lines are much shorter. Food was pretty typical overpriced festival type food. I just brought a clear plastic water bottle to refill to avoid buying the bottles water. *UNB = University of New Brunswick

Ticket prices fluctuate depending on the game, but overall I find them pretty decent. For popular giveaway days, definitely arrive early. Our game started at 3 PM, but people were already lining up before noon. My most recent visit was for Hello Kitty Day, where they were giving away 15,000 Halloween Hello Kitty figurines with bobble arms. The gates opened at 1 PM and everyone started pushing forward to get in, but it wasn't too bad. They had cases of the figurines ready at the entrance, and I managed to get one! Once inside, we lined up for the Hello Kitty caricatures. The wait was around an hour, with seven artists working at the same time. Each artist had a different drawing style, and you couldn't really choose who you got. But it's free, and the artists really take their time to capture your details. I think this was the best booth! There were also several Hello Kitty areas throughout the venue with temporary tattoos, balloons, nails, hair clips, bow making, an apple toss, and other activities. A lot of them came with small freebies, so I managed to collect quite a few things throughout the day. There was also plenty of merch available, although it was fairly expensive. For food, there are plenty of food and drink options throughout the stadium, although most of the vendors seemed to have similar options. We had Italian sausage hot dogs this time, and they were pretty much as expected. On my first visit, I tried one of their foot-long hot dogs. The food is definitely pretty expensive, but it's part of the experience, so you do it for the culture at least once. I don't know baseball rules too well, but there's such a great vibe being there that it's still really enjoyable. The stadium is well laid out, the staff are helpful and friendly, and we had a great view of the entire game from our seats. The atmosphere was really good and everyone around us was chill. Overall, I've had a good time during both visits and would definitely come back for another game or special event.

It was coinciding with FIFA, CDN vs SUI in Vancity last June. We sat in section 214, greats seats ... They opened the dome. The mascots were featured throughout the game on the field and up in the sections during the game. It was wonderful to be there and see all the heroes from the previous World Series dream-run. Then around the 3rd inning got up and walked around and explored the new renovations. So different when we used to come to 25+ games in the '92-95 years. I was great to walk around and see the game from so many vantages: home plate, first base, left field from the 100s; up on the skydeck which has the atmosphere of a house party on the 500s ... We got back to our seats around the 8 inning with food brisket and nachos and a sandwich and they were delicious! Even those lost, was exciting and loved every minute.
