I went with my boyfriend during soft opening and we had a great experience. Right off the bat, we were greeted by Lilly who was very patient with us since we were a bit indecisive. We didn't go to other locations often. We decided to go with two elotes, a pink lychee, and cookie monster shake. The elotes were good, but I personally don't think it compares to authentic elote. Two of the main things I really enjoy about this location is its atmosphere and customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by Lilly and when taking my order she was polite and thorough. I ordered the Ube Shake and their garlic noodles and they both came in a timely manner and were pretty tasty! This location also has very large windows which serves to bring in plenty of natural light and to give you a nice view if you ever decide to dine in. All in all I had a pleasant experience with the people that worked there and the large windows at this location really set it apart from other Zero Degrees I've been to in terms of the overall aesthetic of the place. read more

Their fries weren't made like other Zero degrees. They are cut thickier and not as crunchy. Flavor was also off. I ordered 5 drinks, and were brought only 4 straws. The portions weren't as much as other locations too. I guess I'll stick to what i know. read more

Went there to try the Strawberry Horchata and ended up getting the Honey BBQ chicken poppers with rice and corn and Cucumber Limeade. Was pleasantly surprised at how good the horchata was along with everything else. I don't think I've had an horchata that good before. I recommend that and the honey bbq chicken poppers. Easily the best Zero Degrees location! Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the restaurant and the welcoming staff! The employee who took my order, Abby, was very helpful with suggestions and prepared my order quickly. Another employee, Kwame, was very friendly offering to wipe our menus and table and asking if my party needed any help. I'm not really an avid boba drinker but I came her with my family and decided to get a drink. Upon entering, the employees were very welcoming and one immediately wiped the door handle after we entered (great hygiene!) However what really made my visit memorable was that the cashier, Mayce, was so friendly and patient with me--she allowed me to sample a variety of drinks to help me decide on my order. Coming in on a scorching hot summer day, I was extremely parched and thought I would die of heat exhaustion. I was pretty hesitant about what I wanted but a girl named Abby was extremely nice and explained the menu to me, as well as recommended some of her favorites to have. I ended up getting the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea and I must say, it was one of the most delicious drinks I've ever tasted in my life. First and last time at this location. I was very excited to see that it had finally opened. Especially close to home. Today I went in for lunch ordered the #10 Shrimp and corn at 2:00. 2:23, I'm still standing, no one acknowledged me or the fact I'm still waiting on.my food. I walk to the counter and ask what the delay was. To my surprise they hadn't even put my order in. I was advised that no one took my ticket to the back to be put in...... I advised the lady at the counter to just give me my money back. Another lady goes on to say, your order is coming out soon. No give me my money back. At this point, they are all still standing around discussing what happened. The guy working the register, tells me that he refunded me my money and it'll show up on my card. I asked for a receipt of the refund, he huffs; reprints and hand writes REFUND on the top my my receipt. Then says, you can keep the drink. I was looking forward to trying Zero Degrees as all of the food online looked amazing and the reviews were very good. Unfortunately though the food was not our favorite. We ordered 6 wings buffalo style, popcorn chicken family size with butter/garlic/salt and Honey BBQ, 1 Xtra hot Cheetos elote, carne asada fries and 4 drinks. To start, the drinks were fun, different and at least enjoyable. We will most likely try some of the drinks again. Now the food...... popcorn chicken did not look appetizing and the flavors were just meh. Honey BBQ was not a normal honey BBQ as it had some heat to it and my kids did not like it. The elote came in a small coffee cup which I was not expecting because all of the photos online showed bowls so that was a huge let down. Not only that but the corn was not fresh corn (I am assuming frozen) and the amount of mayo was unbearable for the small cup. I giggled when I realized that t-shirts worn said fresh ingredients when it definitely wasn't. The wings were a bit soggy but the buffalo flavor was decent. It had buffalo sauce with hint of an asian sweetness which I did enjoy. Lastly the carne asada fries.... if you like cheese fries then you will like these. I thought they were tasty but my issue was that the carne asada was garbage. Not much flavor and not worth the extra money. I will finish by say that this was an order placed online, they didn't miss anything that I ordered and I think that thing wings at least would have been crispy at the restaurant. I will definitely try this again at the location to see if there is a difference but my hopes will not be as high as they were tonight. Overall very disappointing round 1. read more
