I ordered the watermelon slush drink it was very good . I also ordered the Tiger Milk wasn't great, tastes like milk slightly sweeter. The Strawberry Horchata was okay! Our visit was March 11 between 430pm and 510pm. We went because the pictures looked so good. The food was pretty average in my opinion. I got the carne asada fries. My boyfriend got the wings and we shared. Not the worst, not the best. They give a generous amount of fries but they were limpy. I'd be willing to go back to try the elotes to see if theyre better. I'm definitely going back for one of their drinks. We enjoyed strawberry lychee and thai milk tea. They have such a strange system of getting orders out. You get it in pieces. Get up, sit down, get up, sit down. One lady got her one smoothie after like 5 or 6 orders went out. I felt bad for her. The tables were not being wiped down. ALL of the empty tables were dirty. I had to go into the bathroom to get wet towels to wipe down the table. The one trash can in the dining room literally was completely full and them some. It was $33 with tip for 2 of us and we didnt leave hungry so I guess it was worth it. Overall the food wasn't great in my opinion. Food is 7/10 on most occasions. The drinks are always pretty good 10/10. I do wish there was someway to ensure the food and drinks all came out together and not one at a time. The staff is young which isn't an issue except that it's hit or miss if the person making your food or drinks is excited to be there or not. I do wish the staff was happier. I always try making them smile but it's rare I achieve that. The wings are good but it's kinda weird they charge for blue cheese or ranch. Also the buffalo wings need more sauce. I just encountered the "new menu" which had a small disclaimer that to get the food box discount I needed to check in. It's only a few bucks, but I was slightly annoyed that the person who took my order didn't mention that it was new? I've been there 5-6 times since this location opened. I would assume this company wants feedback, so why not ask people to yelp while in line to get the combo deal. The food is greasy mediocre food that you can find at McDonalds, and they only have a handful of tea flavors. That's no biggie but my main issue is their lack of service. THEY. TAKE. FOREVER. to make a drink and I get it if they're busy, but I've had to wait over 30 mins for a regular tea drink. On top of that the last few times I've gone, they've served me my tea without boba! It has a funny taste to it. I requested to switch to another drink & manager Zoe informed me that the establishment does not accommodate if a customer does not like a menu item. I understand that it's new and you guys probably weren't prepared to be so busy but what really pissed me off and will prevent me from going back is that I watched as people came way after me and received their items before me or right away.
