Was excited to see that there was a Mexican ice cream store! So I went in! The ice cream was melted in the freezers and the girls didn't speak any English. I wasn't up to taking google translate out. I tried to ask when they opened but I wasn't not able to communicate, I was saddened. I think they just need to get everything v in order. There are boxes all over the walls, I think they needed to stay closed for a few more weeks to iron out the kinks. I'll go back when they have everything out of boxes and have gotten things in order... I want the ice cream!

The ice cream itself was good. That said, the total came out to about $20 for two single-scoop waffle cones, which is very expensive. At that price point, I expect more than just decent ice cream--I expect a premium customer experience. Unfortunately, the service was underwhelming. The staff didn't really welcome us in, didn't explain anything about the shop or the flavors, barely smiled, and quickly disappeared to the back after serving us and had not returned even by the time we finished our ice creams. It felt like we were bothering them rather than being welcomed as customers. For nearly $10 per cone, the service needs to match the pricing. The atmosphere is nice and the ice cream was enjoyable, but the overall experience did not feel worth the cost.

The ice cream and milkshakes were okay, but nothing that really stood out, especially for the price. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. We told the staff it was our first time visiting, but instead of being welcoming or helping us with the menu, the lady who appeared to be in charge seemed impatient and rushed us while we were trying to order. For a first-time customer, that really left a bad impression. Overall: okay desserts, expensive prices, and poor customer service. I don't mind paying more for quality and a great experience, but this place didn't deliver on either.

The three young men working were all so friendly and had such positive attitudes, especially considering they were working on a holiday. They were welcoming and made sure we knew we could sample any of the flavors. We loved that they had dairy free and vegan options, and the topping selection was incredible. Everything was fresh, especially the whipped cream, which was so good! The topping bar was spotless, and the entire store was very clean and well maintained. The frozen yogurt was delicious, and we'll definitely be back! We enjoyed it all so much that we had eaten most of it before we realized we forgot to take pictures, so we're definitely going to have to take them next time we're there.

They have indoor and outdoor seating with a patio on the side. Cute place to hang out at night. Loved the variety of flavors. My daughter made her own Neapolitan frozen yogurt and I decided to get the original tart since I miss the frozen Greek yogurt in Miami. It's pretty comparable except a bit icier and not as creamy but still satisfies that craving. Will have to come back when we are in the area.

They actually had two sorbet flavors which is fantastic for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't greeted when I walked in the store. When I entered the place it weirdly smelled like weed‍ (which is not an issue for me but it was just strange). The inside is really cute. When we sat on the chair on the outside, I almost fell on the chair because they are really flexible. Customer Service: The guy was really really nice. It seems like he was the owner not too sure but it seemed like that. The frozen yogurt: I honestly had WAY better frozen yogurt. I did not like it at all. The owner suggested us to use the strawberry syrup, we did but unfortunately the strawberry inside of it were rotten and tasted rotten so it messed up my whole yogurt BUT because the owner was SO NICEEEEEE he gave me a free yogurt and it was wayy better than the first one. So I was happy. Price: My total came out to be $14 for two cups. One was pricier than the other idk exactly their different price but I know they were not both the same price. I felt like I wasted the money to be honest but it is what it is.

There was a nice array of frozen yogurt flavors, as well as a wide variety of different toppings for the frozen yogurt. However, the flavors of frozen yogurt I got tasted bland and the price seemed expensive. I paid between 25-$30 for 2 cups of frozen yogurt with toppings. The cashier, Seth, was very friendly and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. The watermelon and vanilla swirl yogurt was absolutely delicious and probably some of the best frozen yogurt I've had in a while. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5 stars is because of the outrageous pricing. My cousin and I ordered two small cups with no toppings at all, and the total came to $27.00! For yogurt with no toppings, that felt completely unreasonable. I honestly thought I misunderstood the cashier and asked him to repeat the total. We both agreed there was no way we could justify paying that much for what was basically a little over half a cup of yogurt. I then asked for an even smaller size, and Seth handed me a cup that looked about the size of a McDonald's sundae lid. Even then, the total still came to $15.00! I understand frozen yogurt is priced by weight, but something about the pricing felt off or possibly rigged. Great product and friendly service, but the prices are robbery at its finest.
