This place is AWESOME . The line was few feet out the front door but we only waited 10-15 minutes then 5-10 minutes once we got inside and ordered . Very nice staff; they let us know free offers and they provide fans for people outside waiting and water inside . Me and my bf got the mangonada, split cup with strawberry horchata/Thai milk tea and hot Cheeto chilote and ALL of it was sooooo good ! My fave so far has to be the chilote ! I ordered a watermelon blended drink, it was very good, but left a syrupy taste in my mouth afterwards. Brand new Zero Degrees finally opened closer to me! Now I won't have to always drive 30 mins to their Frisco location! Now I can fulfill my mangoñada craving with just a quick 5 minute drive down the street. Although they haven't been open for very long, I think they did an amazing job so far. This will probably be my favorite location ever. I wanted to try something new besides my usual mangoñada and Hot cheetos elotes, the friendly cashiers helped me make a new selection and I couldn't have been any more satisfied with their recommendations! Young, Dumb and Broke should eat here. Sense I'm none of those, this place probably isn't for me. North Arlington has been changing for a while now and alot of the vacant lots are being built on. That being said this CAFE is one of several in a fairly new multiplex. It's a good option for visitors or locals like myself. My first visit consisted of the 6pc Crispy Fried Shrimp Combo (garlic butter salt with cajun fries) $10.50; Crispy Chicken Wings in spicy honey barbecue $7.50; Ranch Dipping Sauce x2 .50; Total $20.03 tax included. The price didn't really equal to the taste and value. Both entrees were cooked frim and sauced with a underlying sweet glaze. The shrimp does include the full body shell and the fries were to stiff/chewy tasting. Dipping sauce is extra and not complementary, which was not explained prior to purchase. I frequent this establishment every couple of weeks since it's close to my office. Their teas and smoothies are pretty good. Their lunch box specials are pretty good and offer big portions. Really enjoyed the popcorn shrimp with garlic and salt as well as the honey bbq popcorn chicken with cajun fries. The fries are crunchy which is a nice touch. The one thing I would suggest for improvement is to make the chicken wings less salty. It might have been from the lemon pepper flavoring but it was too salty for my liking. Seriously overrated. I always wondered why so many people were lined up outside this store. Hint... Poor flow design. Ordered two mangonadas with twists. Seemed a bit pricey. Didn't really care that much because it's a new place and when something is new and interesting, you typically want to give it a try for that reason alone. After about ten minutes, my order is called. I goto the counter to get the two mangonadas I ordered, which have been put down on the counter along with items from other orders. Another customer, who is getting their order, picks up one of the two, which I assume is part of my order. The guy behind the counter says nothing. So I'm just looking at him like did you just let someone take part of my order? I ask where's the rest of my order and he says it's coming, but after about five more minutes I haven't received anything. I approach the counter again and ask where is my other mangonada?! At this point I'm very annoyed, after a couple moments I receive it and leave quickly before I embarrass him and myself. The disappointing taste was like rubbing salt in the wound. For what you're charging, you can't afford such poor service. Naturally, the fruit was largely unripe for the most part. The slush/puree itself tasted like a powder mix. The chunks were hard, crunchy, and minimally sweet, as was the twist on top. +$15 for a terrible experience both product and service wise? "I'm good luv, enjoy." read more

Worst business ever. Do not order from them. They will charge you, run out of items, and then refuse to issue refund. They're horrible, completely incompetent staff said that they have never had items the website lets you order and then ran out of ice cream, coffee, Oreo, shakes, and soft drinks (which is pretty much everything they have on the menu!). Do yourself a favor and go some place else. Hopefully this business will fail soon. read more

Amazing milk teas and the honey boba is delicious. If you really have a sweet tooth try the milkshake. You won't regret it. I haven't tried the other snacks but literally will drive 20 minutes just for the milk teas here. read more

It has happened more than twice to me now, where my order was completely wrong. I had to actually go up and ask for someone who would understand me to explain what was wrong.
