Not at all what I was expecting. Watching them count down the grand opening on Facebook totally built up the anticipation just to be shattered with the outcome. The drinks were off in flavor 100%. The Mangonada definitely doesn't taste like a real mangonada and the consistency wasn't there either. Pretty watery. The fact that the mangos being used as decoration were extremely green totally sucked. They were hard and definitely not edible, felt like chewing rubber. Since the mangos weren't ripe I'm sure all mango flavored things tasted bad. The employees were uninformed and couldn't even tell me what was depicted on the picture I was pointing at on their menu. Also really unorganized but the place is cute as a whole. Two stars for presentation. "Fresh" places that use a lot of fruit should definitely have ripe fruit in stock for quality products read more

This is one of my favorite spots thats from California, I first tried this place in Houston and was ecstatic about the news that it was in Dallas. Their teas are great and their service is amazing. I enjoy every second of being there and look forward to going back. When I'm hungry this is my first place I think of and I aim for the fries that's loaded with meats and stuff . Waited about 45 mins for my food and drinks and let me tell you it was worth the wait! Their strawberry bliss was one of my favorite drinks I got. Their mangonada was okay, needs less Chamoy and tajin. We got the the hot Cheeto cheese fries and garlic butter wings and those were to die for! The place was different it's not set up like a restaurant where someone will sit you down but you can sit yourself. There is enough space to spread out but it is limited. Now, down to the food they have a very different structure for a menu it wouldn't be ordinary food that you see such as hamburger,chicken strips, fries, chicken sandwich things like that. What they had was good that it was food that someone who experimenting with different kind of food to see if it was a good combination I definitely can't complain and I will be back. read more

Great place great food, beware tho of hidden charges. Lady offered me everything and never told me it was an addition x amount of dollars! Thought that was sneaky. Also be prepared to wait forever for food. It wasn't even busy but they move soooo slow. And it's a bad idea to give you drinks first if you're a to go order. Especially since my drink was for someone else that you have to travel to. It was melted and gross. They really need to get much more efficient seriously. I came from across the city to Zero Degrees and it was dope. I got the pink lychee and ube shake. They were scrumptious. The cashiers, Macie Ater and Kim Le, were wonderful. Also, other employees (Sebastian Morales and Peter Bui) were absolute beauties. All 4 of these people deserve a raise. Come tip them. There were some flies though so I'm gonna give them 4 Stars. I popped I for popcorn chicken and elotes and it was a HUGE mistake. I LOVE the place and will be a repeat customer. Great food and drinks but place is new and employees are sort of disorganized. This place will be hectic when it officially opens as It will most likely be super busy, but if you have the time I highly recommend it. Edit: after coming back a month or so after opening, the lines have started to move much more smoothly so it is no longer a huge problem unless its a peak time. As far as food goes, got the hot Cheeto fries and hot cheeto elote along with the popcorn chicken. This place is popping up everywhere! I've been to this chain in Houston and now in the dfw area. Pretty consistent with the flavors. I love the split cup option because sometimes you can be indecisive but that solves your problem! I've tried the sea salt green tea, ube milkshake, jasmine milk tea, and strawberry bliss. I have no complaints! I'm not usually a boba ball person since I'm pretty picky on how I want them to taste but the way they cooked theirs is pretty good. Not too hard which is one of the reason why I usually don't go for the balls since some places make them hard. I definitely want to try the mangonada next and the food! went in and it wasn't that busy. the girl who made my drink made it wrong and i told her i asked for matcha not mango. she proceeded to rinse out the cup and remake it with the same cup . instead of just grabbing a new cup... while we were waiting for her to fix my drink on the side of the register one of the other employees approached us very rudely and yelled at us to move out of the way. horrible service and we even had tipped them when we had paid for our drinks. i come here all the time but i wont be returning. read more

This place has some great drinks. I got a horchata coffee with boba, and it was delicious. My sisters boyfriend got a watermelon slush, and it was amazing! It tasted like you were biting into a watermelon. The food was alright. The popcorn chicken was a little lack luster. I ordered honey bbq, and it was definitely not honey bbq. Their spicy wings weren't spicy at all. The hot Cheeto fries were good! A complaint I have is they ask for your receipt to get your drinks, but they give you a buzzer with a number. They write the number on the cups so I don't understand why you need to be digging in your pockets or purse for the receipt. It a bit inconvenient, and definitely frustrating when you have to wait so long for your food. read more

I only visit this place for drinks. LOVE the coffee horchata they have! It's amazing. All of their drinks are bomb. However, the snacks are below average. If you want good elote please support your local street vendors outside of Mexican carnicerías or grocery stores. They've been selling the same thing for years and it's 100x better. read more

I had gone to this location two times on the soft opening, once on the grand opening, and again a week after. Every single time I had went they have had lines out the door but it would move surprisingly at a good speed for the amount of traffic they had. So far I had not gotten any mistakes with my orders so their service was good. The only thing that was disappointing to me was the hot cheeto elote, the hot cheetos are nice but doesn't make up as a substitute for some ingredients that elote would normally have, the hot cheeto cheese fries are a but more worth. The popcorn chicken was decent and when I asked for spicy it had a good amount of kick. As for drinks i've gotten the matchata, strawberry horchata, and coffee horchata and with each one it had a good amount of sweet that wasn't overbearing. It might fall short to everyone's hype but it's still strong in terms of quality and service. read more

It's good, but not as good as the pictures make it seem. The flavors taste very similar, I ordered the salt and pepper wings, they were sweet. My friend ordered Sriracha wings, they tasted the same. Drinks are okay, but I had better from other places, plural. This is basically commercial mangonadas to put it simply. It's a good place to show off what you ate, and to have speciality drinks, but for flavor just go to a real Mexican place that is also cheaper. They do give a lot of food, and the service was fast. Nothing against it, but it's just average, some people will like it some don't. I didn't, I was expecting a lot more from the pictures. read more

I went here on opening weekend and waited 1.5 hours and ordered 7 drinks and a wing dish. They were extremely busy. I love horchata as well as matcha tea and tried them combined-- the matchata. It was watery and I saw it came premade in a pitcher container so maybe I got the last dregs. Everything else was delicious, I sampled the pink lychee, strawberry bliss, peach, etc, and overall the teas were great if just a bit sweet. The wings were hot and buttery, and flavor was phenomenal. I think that this would be a better place to visit in a few weeks when everyone and their grandma isn't here. Service was chaotic, I'm hoping that too will improve with time. read more

This was my first visit to this location. I decided to try it out because it appeared on my Facebook newsfeed. When I walked in, the line was extremely long, however, my order was taken promptly. From the time I ordered to the time I recieved my order, it took approximately . The presentation is clean. However, I feel that they are average to above-average prices. For example, I ordered a mangonada. There is an extra $1.25 charge to add the mango embellishment to the drink. I feel that this should already come with the drink as complementary. And the mango they provide was not ripe. I guess that is to be expected when fruit is your main source of ingredient and you cannot allow for it to sit out to become ripe. The Ubee drink was not the best drink. The after taste of the drink was like popcorn and I felt as though I was drinking a cream based drink with no flavoring. Our cajun fries were over seasoned and were not good to eat. Overall, I probably would not return back. read more
