This was the best massage I've ever had! The interior is extremely nice (not what you'd expect from a spa in a strip mall). Prices are of course better than any of the resorts. My hubby and I were treated by his folks to a couples massage as a honeymoon gift. We both have terrible backs, so this was a real treat. The spa was clean and orderly and well decorated. The masseuses were very polite, calm, and good at what thy do. My husband requires a deep tissue massage and Roxanne really gave him the business for only $20 more (a steal!). He was a limp noodle when we left. Jessica was my masseuse, and did a good job, but as a first time masagee I wish I could have communicated with her a little better. Not really her fault so much as mine. I really enjoyed the hot towels wrapped around our feet and faces at the end of the 90 minute massage. Also, the sheets and bedding were so so soft. My only complaint was that the spa was very very cold, and it took a little while to get used to it and relax. Nevertheless, Zensations was wonderful and I definitely recommend it.. read more

Cute relaxing vibe in a strip mall. But I didn't come for the spa experience, just a good massage and I got a great one. Booking was easy and they were very accommodating when I made last minute schedule changes. My massage therapist was amazing! My idea of a relaxing massage is a deep tissue where they really find, work on and kneed out the knots. She did just that. Staff was friendly and sweet. I'll will be back upon my next visit to Maui! I booked a massage, facial, foot massage and scalp massage here for today. I had been here once before and knew they were really good. I had Tobeka (?) for my masseuse and was a little hesitant to have a male masseuse but decided to keep an open mind and he did not disappoint!!! He was AMAZING!!!! Vacation always includes a visit to a spa. This means we have to rely on reviews. Worked great! Is the treatment room in the back a little noisy because it butts up to a restaurant? Sure, but does it matter in the least? Nope. There's lovely music and a water feature that distracts from any other sounds not to mention THE AWESOME MASSAGE!! My therapist was Mia and she was ridiculously good. She listened. And then acted on what she heard. And my friend had someone else who was equally terrific. We were so very pleased. While on vacation in kaanapali from Northern CA, a friend and I decided to go to a spa while our guys went golfing. We chose Zensations based on the great Yelp rating and were so happy! I got the 60 minute facial and my girlfriend a 60 minute Swedish massage. Great service, relaxing atmosphere. Have had negative experiences with other spas in Maui but this was by far the best! I typically do a facial once a month in the Bay Area with always somebody trying to sell me products This was a last minute appointment and thankfully they had a slot for me . Don't be disappointed that it's in a strip mall . I had Kelly for my facial and she did a great facial massage and worked through the different masks . Highly recommend. Zensations is a fantastic spa. My wife and I found them during our honeymoon in Maui and signed up for a 90 minute couples massage. Our masseuses were Teri and Roxanna. We've never felt as pampered as we did during our time in Zensations. We were warmly received by the receptionist and our masseuses when we arrived. They took the time to understand where our aches, pains, and stress spots were before they jumped in and the rest was simply amazing. This was the best massage either myself or my wife has had. The best massage EVER. Boyfriend wanted to parasail but I was too chicken to do it, so I decided to find a massage place while he parasail. Randomly found this place on yelp, reasonable price, great ratings, within walking distance, why not? It was 2in the afternoon when I called to make a reservation at 3. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, she also offer me direction knowing I'm a tourist. The place was kinda hard to find since the sign wasn't very obvious and it was in a business building. The building was empty and kinda scary so I started to have doubt about this place. I got there 10 mins before my reservation which gave me enough time to fill out my form. The receptionist greeted me enthusiastically and offered me a glass of iced water. I had a male therapist which was a first. I loved the massage oil he used, it was very relaxing and calming. He knew where my problem areas were by just looking at the way i was standing. The massage was a WHOLE 60 mins. I was kinda assuming that since they close at 4 he would probably wrap up at about 345 or 350, but no. When the massage was over and u got dress, it was 405. I have been to places that try to rip you off by ending your session 10 mins early. Zensations Spa was great and it was definitely one of the highlights of my Maui trip! read more

I took my 16 yr old granddaughter to Zensations Spa to get aromatherapy massages together - it was wonderful! My granddaughter said it was the best massage she has ever had, and I agree - the therapists were awesome, and the spa is very nicely furnished with a very peaceful ambiance.
