When I went to set the smoothie down on my desk...I must have gripped it too tight...and my thumb went right through the cup towards the bottom. Carefully I drained it from the bottom into each cup. While normally I would take full responsibility for this... The cups for that heavy of a drink could stand be a little more sturdy. Second, the lady without the uniform was charging her phone next to the food. (Could see her sitting on an office chair and on her phone) Third, the charging cord was dipping into where the fruit is (definitely not food safe) Last, definitely not professional to sit on the phone and only have one of the employees do all the work and not help. This should be addressed and the employees should have a reminder of what food safety regulations are.

I've never seen any of the workers moving with any sense of urgency or speed and they never acknowledge or apologize for the delays even with multiple people working inside standing around.
