Jonathan responded quickly and his crew was able to get started soon after I agreed to the cost to fabricate a carport for me. They're a little pricey but I felt confident Jonathan would see to it that I ended up with exactly what I wanted. They worked hard and long the first day and were able to complete most of it. I loved the look of the carport but quickly realized it was too tall - neighbors asked if I was buying an RV. Jonathan figured out what to do to lower it before we went any further. I believe that the problem resulted partly from miscommunication on Jonathan's part but because I was the one who misunderstood, I paid for the additional work. In general, I'm very pleased with my carport and will be most happy once it gets that rusted patina. I had concerns about some of the final day's work which I felt had been rushed and not done as carefully as the first day's work. Initially, Jonathan said there was nothing to be done to correct the problem but he showed up at my house and did add a piece which did not fix the problem but did make it look somewhat better. Within a day, I had a flat tire. There was a screw in the tire and my six month old tire was repaired. The very next day, I had another flat and another screw was removed and the tire patched. I came home wondering if I had picked these screws up in my own gravel driveway - screws left behind by the workmen. Using a strong magnet, I picked up additional sheet metal screws which matched the one taken out of my tire along with some inch long welding rods. I would have been saved a lot of my valuable time had the workmen been the ones to clean up the left behind screws and rods. I texted Jonathan what I'd found but received no reply. Of course, I had paid in full by this time. In conclusion, be certain upfront that the drawings provided match exactly the measurements you know to be correct and watch every step of their work to insure you're happy (that will save you a lot of headache and money). When your project is complete, ask that the work area be inspected to insure you will not step on or drive over left behind pieces of metal (that will also save you a big headache and potentially more money). Jonathan and his crew were pleasant, in general easy to work with, and were all hard workers. Just beware that staying on top of the things I mentioned will eliminate problems when your project is finished. I wish I had. read more

Got several quotes from different places to replace an old wooden gate with a nice metal one. Zenith was the cheapest, including installation. I sent him some photos of what I was hoping for and he was able to make exactly what I imagined. It took a few weeks to get everything done, but we didn't mind the wait given the much cheaper pricing. We wanted the new gate to have a rusted look to match our RV gate.
