I am the owner. In 2017, Yelp took down 5 good reviews, they took down 3 good reviews, in 2022 they took down 5 good reviews so far. It seems that Yelp only leaves up reviews from non clients who want to complain. I've looked at other friends businesses and see their friends family inflating their ratings. My reviews are from actual clients who have been clients for a while. It shows lomgevity in client retention, and yet those review are considered "invalid." I am supposed to receive an email explaining the removal and have a way to contest the removal, and have not. It reinforces, to me, my opinion that Yelp is a platform for bashing when you are angry and not an actual fair review on product. You can't get a good picture of a business in yelp. Either its inflated by thousands of 5 stars, or its deflated by angry who were probably given poor service because of their poor attitude. I wonder how long this review will stay up, for the fact that it has a bunch of negative words and liw star. It actually says on the bottom of my screen "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Ibwould give yelp a 0 star review, because it's on my own page, I am stopping at 3. If this comment remains up, it just proves my point. As long as it has a bunch of negative words, up it goes. If they had a big fat 0 on this site, I would.....Denise was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I waited 4 days for a return call and I had left 2-3 messages, and then after 4 days of waiting she called at 8:45pm on a work night. My reason for calling her was because when trying to book a massage on her site, which is the only way to book one, I went out 2 months and still couldn't find an opening, so I was assuming there was something wrong with the scheduler...., but when she finally called me back, she was very defensive and confrontational, and said if I had a problem with her not calling back for 4 days, and at 8:45pm, that was my problem and not hers. Needless to say I will NOT be going here, and have informed other to also not go here. PS: Her voicemail msg. on her "business" phone said it could take up to 3 days for a return call. First of all, who can run a successful business if you do not return calls for 3-4 days? It's a phone call for goodness sake. Additionally, how can someone be so rude and defensive, as well as disrespectful and unprofessional if you wish to have a successful, thriving business? How can someone want to book a massage (which one would probably want very soon or at least within 3-7 days or so), but not be able to get one for 2-3 months? read more

The WORST! Denise is condescending, self-righteous, angry and rude! Chastised me for arriving early. Bought a groupon for 90 mins. Medical Message. Told her I had arthritis in shoulders and neck. She said she doesn't give "relaxing" massages and told me I should have looked up the meaning of Medical Massage. I asked to use what looked to me like a bathroom....she said no, somebody lives up there and would arrest me if I trespassed. What??? Finally, I told her I was leaving, no massage given, and she started yelling at me "white privilege." What?? What?? Miserable experience for me. She is one nasty racist. read more

This was the worst massage I have had - the lady Denise I believe does not listen when you say she is hurting you - when the first time I told her she was hurting me she continued and applied even more pressure to get he area - when I moved a bit and told her she is hurting me she got mad and started yelling at me - she was rude and unprofessional- she slammed the door and walked out leaving her work unfinished - when I came out I told her she should not have slammed the door and she said that this was her place and she could do "anything". This woman continued to scream and then called me over privileged when and made her eyes big and evil and continued to scream - if there was a 0 she would get it ! Just awful ! I brought Denise to my job to offer chair massages to our staff for teacher appreciation week, (4 years ago) they loved it!! I then booked my first massage and have gone every month since! She offers affordable rates for state workers/teachers/medical professionals and seniors and does a great job!!! She books quickly and I even make my appointments so that I have at least the next 6 months on the books so I'm not disappointed!!! She's kind and has a gentle touch (unless you need it less than gentle and she can accommodate that as well). Free parking available too! I love my monthly me time!!! read more

To the review below.. it's a real shame that your review of a therapeutic massage establishment is based solely on the fact that you disliked having to schedule an appointment online without even having the absolute pleasure of 1. Meeting Denise in person- who is GREAT & I absolutely loved my experience with. She is super quirky & just a joy to chat with & highly educated on massage therapy & 2. The ACTUAL massage- which was phenomenal. I have never had a massage that I felt that great afterwards that did not hurt what so ever throughout. She genuinely cares about how you feel afterwards and even showed me stretches to do at home to keep everything from tightening up. Something Massage Envy never cared enough to offer. Additionally... allow me to also inform you Karen C that Denise owns the establishment, manages the appointments & does all of the massages so no- she won't have availability immediately but waiting.... is WORTH it!!! Terrible Scheduling. My wife purchased a groupon for 3 90 minute massages. Unfortunately this place must be so popular that they do not have any availability for at least 2 months at a time that is not during the normal work day. We had to cancel the groupon because it would have expired before we had to use the full package we purchased. Happy that they are so popular, but they should think about their availability before offering a limited availability service. read more

Denise is very professional and definitely an expert at what she does. Her passion for her work is obvious. I went to Denise for what I thought was a very painful lat muscle tear. After asking me some questions she determined that it was not actually a lat pull. After one session with Denise the pain in my back had subsided to the point that it was an after thought and I had full range of motion again. After the second appointment Denise got rid of the pain completely! She is an absolute miracle worker! I highly recommend Denise and Zenergy Wellness Center. Bought a Groupon as a gift to my sister. She went in on a very windy day and the door, unfortunately, banged as she entered. The owner yelled at her for that. What a way to greet a customer. Then when she told the owner that she had no medical conditions, the owner said they only do massages if there is a medical condition and said that was stated on their website! I checked their website and it is not mentioned on their home page. Anyway, because of the rude behavior, my sister did not feel comfortable to take the massage when she learned that was the lady who was going to do the massage. Then I get an email message from Zyergy saying that the customer was rude and banged her door. Wow, what a way to treat a customer. read more
