After multiple attempts, I called back from a different number, and suddenly, they answered, only to give me more runaround. Why should I have to chase them down just to cancel a membership? Why only one person there able to do cancellations and why must I have a conversation to do it?! I do not owe an explanation. Hand & Stone makes it painfully complicated to cancel, and it shouldn't be this way. If you sign up, just know that when you want to cancel, they'll make it as difficult as possible. I wouldn't have bothered writing this review, but their shady business tactics pushed me to warn others.

I went and had Larry do a 60 minute foot and back massage. Absolutely amazing, my knots in my shoulder melted away with the deep tissue pressure I requested. I would prefer to have the back massage in a private room instead of a pulled curtain, even so it is still worth it and I have been back 2 more times for the same 60 minute massage. Definitely recommend for any type of massage service.
