If you have an emergency and someone threatens to bill you in full if you do not come in, do not come in for even 15 minutes of service. I was advised that even if I only received about 15 minutes, she can now bill as services rendered which now triggers another investigation. 2. Someone who cares about your health should do some physical exam before working on you. 3. Read receipts are really open receipts. If you scroll through your phone or email, do not let anyone try to use that against you as I saw in another review. Emergencies can happen to anyone and had I seen how others were treated, I would not have booked. I also plan to take action for the injuries I sustained which I think were preventable.

Also towards the very, very end another customer came and she left to greet them. I wasn't thrilled with the break. Truth be told, the massaging she did while on the phone was equally good as when not on the phone. So it didn't matter in quality but I wanted no phone. Maybe I should have expressed that. That may be my fault on that, dunno. She was the only one there and came 15 minutes late to my appointment too. I am very punctual so it annoyed me but she gave a quality massage so I overlooked it. Knowing that, next time I will know she may come late and deal with it. I'm a nut when it comes to being on time. Overall, I really had a great experience and would return. I would probably pick a little further into the day when others are there though and see if the massage experience is different. She was so patient with me when she knew it was my first time. Last visit I had Mimi, petite but very strong and she did an excellent job. Really went all out and probably expended all her energy on working out the knots in my upper back. After they see and begin to massage my back for just a few minutes, they ask what kind of work I do. They figure out the answer pretty quick, that I sit at a desk all day. Mimi went to work and didn't stop. She worked harder than anyone I've ever had. Non stop deep pressure massage and she had energy to burn. It's always nice to arrive at a spa and they roll the red carpet out and you feel so welcome. And, throughout the course of the hour, as I became more and more relaxed, Mimi continued with the intensity. Highly recommend the spa and Mimi.
