I came here with my boyfriend in the morning to grab food before work. We do not eat meat so we were very happy they had options for us. We got both got the soy chorizo tortas. The service was great, owner was friendly and accommodating. The outside patio was my favorite. They have music playing and you can sit and enjoy all the plants. It was very relaxing. If I could give 10 stars I would! We had the milanesa torta, the açaí bowl and the green juice. The torta was not over or under seasoned, it came with fresh veggies that complemented the bread and meat. The torta also came with slices or orange on the side topped with Tajín. The açaí bowl had various textures and flavors that blended well together such as the flakes of coconut and fresh banana along with crunchy granola. The green juice was not too sweet which is our favorite kind of juice...we could actually taste the ingredients of the greens. The owner was also very sweet and took her time to talk to us. I am in Los Angeles visiting friends. This morning they both had to go out to work so it was time to fend for myself and find some breakfast. I looked around on the Internet and found this cozy little place and it took me about a half an hour to walk from my friends home, and... It was worth the walk. It's a tiny little place where you go in and a mother and daughter are behind the counter. Mom is cooking and daughter is serving. I had a ham and cheese torta, and it is scrumptious. The two of them couldn't be more welcoming to a stranger, and the outdoor dining on these cute little tables with a nice view, and an even nicer breeze made the morning special.
