When I went in, there was a woman at the desk who was very nice and so down to earth! Rhi was the person I met with, I can't even say enough A-M-A-Z-I-N-G thing's about this woman! 1st off, I was telling her something personal and this woman, this beautiful woman, was in the 1st 10 minutes with me and she actually cried for ME. Rhi is something called an empath and from what I understand, that means, Rhi could feel the pain I was in! I know it might sound strange, but it was the sweetest thing to me and it meant so much! Rhi too, is very down to earth and was just so easy to talk to! Rhi helped me then figure out where I wanted to do my cool sculpting. She was very honest about what she thought I needed and very honest with the things she thought were unnecessary. She's just a person who, excited about life and get excitement is contagious! She got me even more excited to do this cool sculpting, I've heard so much about! Rhi went thru the pricing so there would be no surprises! She helped me figure out what the best cost for me would be and was NEVER pushy! I had part of my cool sculpting done yesterday with Rhi, she was, yet again, amazing! She did everything in her power to make me feel as comfortable as I could be! Also, what's really important, to me anyway, she made sure I knew exactly what was happening, before she did it. She was constantly going out of her way for me, asking me several times throughout the day if I wanted any drinks, if I was comfortable, if I was cold, or hot, she even went out and got me lunch!
