I had a good experience with RMI Medspa and went with the recommendation of using Sarah for my facial with a microdermabrasion. She did a great job! It was a 45 minute facial. My facial was what I expected...refreshing and relaxing with an arm massage. The products she used made the texture of my skin feeling rejuvenated. Horrible place, I made appointment at 2pm for today, but when I drive one hour to here, the front desk told me 2pm it was booked by another person, and told me my appointment booked it's 1 pm, and she thought I will not gonna be showing, so she canceled my appointment. So she has made a mistake about the time I have scheduled with her, she kept my phone number when I book appointment with her yesterday , but never text or call me, and lied about the situation, no any apologies, unprofessional practices! UPDATED REVIEW: RMI truly went above and beyond what I expected when they found that I wasn't happy with my first impression of them. The manager personally called me apologizing and offered to make it up to me with a free spa service. They moved schedules around to accommodate my busy schedule and made it as convenient for me as possible. I was one of their first clients of the day and the personalized service I received was awesome. The girls were friendly and intentional. At the end of the facial they gave me samples as a gift. This is a great place to get back on track with weight and beauty. I went on the HCG program for appx 2 weeks and lost nearly 20 pounds. The HCG therapy was very natural and eased hunger cravings, while you are focused on eating right. I can tell you that after the therapy ended I felt so much better physically and mentally and feel very strong in continuing on a healthy path. BOTCHED BOTOX! I've been coming to this Med Spa for a number of years and have never had an issue until they hired Ana B. as their new injector. She proudly touted that she was replacing the girl that was under dosing and doubled my injection amount which rendered me with an eye lid droop. There is nothing that can be done to correct it and I have to wait for it to wear off. In the meantime I am looking like I have a lazy eye. All because she was looking to profit the facility and not taking risks to heart for her clients. read more

I went to RMI medspa yesterday and made 4 more appointments. I have been driving to Bradenton thinking I was saving money but this place is so much nicer and the prices are very competetive. They seem to be running specials all the time. The thing I REALLY appreciated was the efficient front office. The frequent reminders of my appointment, the email confirmation and the ease of using my groupon ( so many places can't seem to get the phone app scan to work and then it's a big hassel if you haven't manuall printed it out) Here it took seconds and my B12 shots are a life saver. If you are suffering from fatigue and unusual hunger I really recommend trying these injections. They are a game changer energy wise for me without raising my blood pressure. I was so relaxed in the office with the zen like atmosphere just chillin' and drinking my cucumber water with citrus, I was sad I got in so quickly. I just kind of wanted to sit and chill there for a while. It is the BEST place to go and I am doing all fillers, my B-12 and going to try a facial which I have never had. The Doctor was so kind and informative, too. I didn't really think I'd see him but he reviews the health information and does the injection himself. Can't say enough positive things about this place and so glad I found it.
