I signed up at the lakewood ranch location. The staff is very friendly though not very informative…read moreand could use better training. Someone from another location called while I was there (Stephanie?) and was pretty rude to the staff member I was there with (she was on speaker phone). The hard copy information they give you is seriously lacking, needs editing, and is also not very informative. I signed up for the 8 week program so we'll see how it goes. This includes blood work, EKG, blood pressure, body scan, and weigh in. I haven't started yet, still waiting for blood work results. Once their doctor reviews the blood work to determine if or which injection is appropriate then you can start. I am looking forward to starting tirzepitide hopefully Monday. There was another member there when I arrived and she was telling me how happy she is with Premier and is down 15 lbs in two weeks. Again, we'll see. To be continued......
